MEKANISME KERJA BORONGAN MENINGKATKAN BEBAN KERJA DAN KELELAHAN PEMATUNG DI DESA PELIATAN UBUD GIANYAR

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui mekanisme kerja borongan dapat meningkatkan beban kerja dan kelelahan pematung. Penelitian ini berupa eksperimental lapangan (field experimental) dengan rancangan randomized pre and post test group design dilakukan penilaian berupa: (a) peningkatan beban kerja pematung akibat mekanisme kerja borongan di data dengan penghitungan denyut nadi kerja; (b) peningkatan kelelahan pematung di data dengan kuesioner 30 items of rating scale of general fatigue yang sudah divalidasi. Pendataan dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah kerja selama 3 (tiga) hari terhadap 22 sampel. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji t paired pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan beban kerja sebesar 37,05 % dan kelelahan sebesar 47,36%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa mekanisme kerja borongan meningkatkan beban kerja dan kelelahan pematung.

The aim of research was to know the piece work contract mechanism can increase workload and fatigue of the sculptor. Through a field experiment with randomized pre and post test group design assessed: (a) the increase workload due to piece work contract mechanism were recorded by 30 items of rating scale of general fatigue that had been validated; increase fatigue due to piece work contract mechanism recorded by calculating the working pulse. Data collection was done at 3 (three) days before and after work on 22 samples. The data obtained were analyzed by paired t test at 5% significance level. The result showed that workload increase to 37.05% and fatigue increase to 47.36%. Thus it can be concluded that the piece work contract mechanism increases the workload and fatigue of the sculptor.
