Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil terhadap kewajiban penggunaan e-filing. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Rektorat serta Fakultas Ekonomi UNDIKSHA Singaraja karena menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (UNDIKSHA) Singaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini data akan dikumpulkan dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Persepsi Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil digali melalui wawancara mendalam. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya persepsi positif, baik dari Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil terhadap kewajiban penggunaan e-filing. Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil merasakan manfaat dari penggunaan e-filing dan menilai bahwa aplikasi e-filing mudah untuk digunakan karena bisa dilakukan dimana saja dan kapan saja.

The study aimed at finding out the perception of Civil Servants and Candidates for Civil Servants of the obligation to use the e-filing. These research subjects are Civil Servants and Candidates for Civil Servants in the Rector and the Faculty of Economics UNDIKSHA Singaraja for using purposive sampling method. The research was conducted at the University of Education Ganesha (UNDIKSHA) Singaraja. This study used qualitative research methods. In this study, the data will be collected from primary and secondary sources. Perception of Civil Servants and Candidates for Civil Servants explored through in-depth interviews. The results of this study indicate a positive perception, both Civil Servants and Candidates for Civil Servants of the obligation to use the e-filing. Civil Servants and Candidates for Civil Servants benefit from the use of e-filing and consider the application of e-filing is easy to use because it can be done anywhere and anytime.
