ANALISIS TINGKAT PERPUTARAN KAS, JUMLAH KREDIT, JUMLAH SIMPANAN, JUMLAH NASABAH, JUMLAH TENAGA KERJA, DAN JUMLAH NPL TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PADA PT. BPR NUSAMBA KUBUTAMBAHAN PERIODE 2011-2015

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk peningkatan laba. PT.BPR Nusamba Kubutambahan, Tbk periode 2011 sampai 2015 dengan menggunakan metode uji asumsi klasik, pengujian hipotesis, dan uji determinasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah PT.BPR Nusamba Kubutambahan dan obyeknya adalah laporan keuangan PT.BPR Nusamba Kubutambahan periode 2011 sampai 2015. Hasil Penilaian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Uji statistik secara parsial variabel tingkat perputaran kas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan laba BPR.. (2) Uji statistik secara parsial variabel pengaruh jumlah kredit memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan laba BPR. (3) Uji statistik secara parsial variabel pengaruh jumlah simpanan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan laba BPR. (4) Uji statistik secara parsial variabel pengaruh jumlah nasabah tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan laba BPR .(5) Uji statistik secara parsial variabel pengaruh jumlah tenaga kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan laba BPR. (6) Uji statistik secara parsial variabel pengaruh jumlah NPL memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan laba BPR.

This study aims to increase profit. PT.BPR Nusamba Kubutambahan, Tbk the period 2011 to 2015 by using the classical assumption, hypothesis testing, and the test of determination. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative approach. Subjects in this study were PT.BPR Nusamba Kubutambahan and its object is the financial statement PT.BPR Nusamba Kubutambahan the period 2011 to 2015. Assessment results show that: (1) The statistical test in partial cash turnover rate has a significant influence on improved earnings RB .. (2) The statistical test in partial influence of the amount of credit has a significant influence on improved earnings BPR. (3) The statistical test in partial influence the amount of deposits has a significant influence on improved earnings BPR. (4) The statistical test in partial influence of the number of customers did not have a significant effect on the increase in profits BPR. (5) The statistical test in partial influence of the workforce does not have a significant influence on improved earnings BPR. (6) The statistical test in partial influence the amount of NPL has a significant influence on improved earnings BPR.
