PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN TEKNIK PERSONAL, PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN PENGGUNA SERTA DUKUNGAN MANAJEMEN PUNCAK TERHADAP KINERJA SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI PADA SPPBE DI KABUPATEN TABANAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kemampuan teknik personal, pendidikan dan pelatihan pengguna serta dukungan manajemen pucak terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh dari data kuesioner yang diukur dengan sekala likert.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh SPPBE di Kabupaten tabanan dengan responden sebanyak 40 karyawan.Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda yang di olah menggunakan SPSS versi 17. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel kemampuan teknik personal (X1)berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sisitem informasi akuntansi, variabel pendidikan dan pelatihan pengguna (X2)berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi, variabel dukungan manajemen puncak (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi, variabel Kemampuan teknik personal, pendidikan dan pelatihan pengguna, dan dukungan manajemen puncak secara bersama-sama (X4) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja infomasi akuntansi.

This study aimed at finding out the the effect of the variables of personal technical skills, user training and education and top management support on the work performance of accounting information system. The research method applied was quantitative method. The data was primary data collected from the data from the questionnaires which was measured using the Likert scale. This study was conducted to all SPPBE’s (LPG bulk transpaortation and filling station) in Tabanan regency with respondents as many as 40 employees. The data of this study was collected by distributing questiionaires which after was analysed by using double linear regression test conducted using SPSS version 17. The results of the anlysis showed that the variable of personal technical skills (X1) had positive and significant effect on the work performance of the accounting information system, the variable of user training and education (X2) had a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the accounting information system, the variable of top management support (X3) had a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the accounting information system, the variable of personal technical skills, user training and education, top management support simultaneously had positive effect on the work performance of the accounting information system
