PENGARUH PENDEKATAN TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL DAN FAKTOR SOSIAL TERHADAP PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI KEUANGAN DAERAH PADA SKPD DI KABUPATEN GIANYAR

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kebermanfaatan dalam pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan faktor sosial terhadap penerapan sistem informasi keuangan daerah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh dari data kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SKPD di Kabupaten Gianyar. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai sub bagian keuangan pada SKPD di Kabupaten Gianyar. Metode penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan uji analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 17 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa (1) variabel persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerapan sistem informasi keuangan daerah. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung sebesar 2,267 > ttabel sebesar 1,66088 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,019 < 0,05, (2) variabel persepsi kebermanfaatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerapan sistem informasi keuangan daerah. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung sebesar 2,312 > ttabel sebesar 1,66088 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,013 < 0,05, dan variabel (3) faktor sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerapan sistem informasi keuangan daerah. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung sebesar 2,948 > ttabel sebesar 1,66088 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,004 < 0,05.

This study aimed at determining the effect of variables: perception of ease, perception of utilization in Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach and social factor on the application of regional financial information system. The research method used in this research was quantitative research method with primary data obtained from the questionnaire and measured by using likert scale. This research was conducted at Regional Work Unit (SKPD) in Gianyar Regency. Population in this research were all officers of financial devision at SKPD in Gianyar Regency. Sampling method was done by purposive sampling method and obtained the number of samples of 100 people. The data of this study were collected by using questionnaires which were then processed by multiple linear regression analysis test with the help of SPSS version 17 for windows. The results of this study indicated that (1) ease perception variable had a positive and significant effect on the application of regional financial information system. This could be seen from the tcount of 2.267> ttable of 1.66088 with a significance value of 0.019 <0.05, (2) utilization perception variable had positive and significant effect on the application of regional financial information system. It could be seen from tcount 2,312> ttable equal to 1,66088 with significance value equal to 0,013 <0,05, and (3) social factor variable had positive and significant effect to the application of regional financial information system. It could be seen from tcount of 2,948> ttable equal to 1,66088 with significance value equal to 0,004 <0,05.
