Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ketidakamanan kerja, psychological empowerment, dan kepuasan kompensasi finansial terhadap motivasi intrinsik karyawan pada PT. Tirta Mumbul Jaya Abadi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dilihat dari sumber datanya, maka pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 128 orang. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 24.0 Windows Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ketidakamanan kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap motivasi intrinsik karyawan, (2) psychological empowerment berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap motivasi intrinsik karyawan, (3) kepuasan kompensasi finansial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap motivasi intrinsik karyawan, dan (5) ketidakamanan kerja, psychological empowerment, dan kepuasan kompensasi finansial secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap motivasi intrinsik karyawan.

This study aimed at examining the effect of working insecurity, psychological empowerment, and financial compensation satisfaction on the intrinsic motivation of the employees of PT Tirta Mumbul Jaya Abadi. The research method applied in this study was quantitative method. The sources of the data in this study were primary and secondary data. The sampling technique applied was saturated sampling and the number of respondents was 128 people. Descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, double linear regression analysis and hypothetical test managed by SPSS 24.0 Windows were conducted to analyze the data. The results of the analysis showed that (1) working insecurity had significant and negative effects on the intrinsic motivation of the employees, (2) psychological empowerment had significant and positive effects on the intrinsic motivation of the employees, (3) financial compensation satisfaction had significant positive effects on the intrinsic motivation of the employees, (4) working insecurity, psychological empowerment, financial compensation satisfaction simultaneously had significant positive effects on the intrinsic motivation of the employees.
