PENGARUH TEKNOLOGI, KEPERCAYAAN DAN KEPUASAN PENGGUNA SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI TERHADAP KINEJA INDIVIDU PADA PDAM KABUPATEM BULELENG

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari teknologi sistem informasi akuntansi, kepercayaan sistem penggunai dan kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kinerja individu. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah PDAM Kabupaten Buleleng. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini sejumlah 41 karyawan bagian keuangan, pemasaran dan pajak PDAM Kabupaten Buleleng. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dikirim dan diambil sendiri. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, uji hesteroskedastisitas, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis linier berganda (Multiple RegressionAnalysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pengguna teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja individu, 2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepercayaan pengguna sistem terhadap kinerja individu, 3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan sistem pengguna terhadap kinerja individu dan 4) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara teknologi informasi, kepercayaan pengguna sistem dan kepuasan sistem pengguna terhadap kinerja individu.

This study aims at finding out the effect of the use of accounting information systems technology, trust to the user system and the system user satisfaction on the perfomance of individuals. the study was conducted at the PDAM Kabupaten Buleleng. There were about 41 respondents working under the finance, marketing and taxes taps in PDAM Kabupaten Buleleng as the sample by using purposive sampling technique. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires sent and taken. The analysis was conducted in different stager, such as validity and realibility test, normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroskedastisty test, and hypothesis testing by using multiple regression analysis. The results indicated that: 1) there was a positive and significant the effect of the use information technology on the perfomance of individuals, 2) there was a positive and significant the effect of the trust to the user system on the perfomance of individuals, 3) there was a positive and significant the effect of the system user satisfaction on the perfomance individuals, 4) there was a positive and significant the effect of the use information technology, trust to the user system and the system user satisfaction on the perfomance individuals.
