PENGARUH KECANGGIHAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI, PARTISIPASI PENGGUNA, DAN KEMAMPUAN PENGGUNA TERHADAP KINERJA SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI PADA PT PLN (PERSERO) AREA BALI UTARA (KANTOR PUSAT)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecanggihan teknologi informasi, partisipasi pengguna, dan kemampuan pengguna terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bali Utara (Kantor Pusat). Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah jenis data kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer berupa penyebaran kuesioner kepada 35 karyawan di bidang akuntansi, keuangan, anggaran, penglolaan pendapatan, perencanaan sistem sebagai responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan pengujiaan data dilakukan dengan dibantu oleh Program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, kecanggihan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi, partisipasi pengguna berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi, kemampuan pengguna berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi. Secara simultan kecanggihan teknologi informasi, partisipasi pengguna, dan kemampuan pengguna berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi.

This study was aimed at finding out the effect of the sophistication of information technology, user’s participation and users ability on performance of accounting information system in PT. PLN (PERSERO) Area Bali Utara (Central Office). The type of data used were quantitative data type which were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 35 workers from accounting, finance, budgeting, income management , and system planning departments as the respondents. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression and the testing was aided by SPSS Program (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 17. The results showed that partially, the sophistication of information technology has a positive and significant effect on the performance of accounting information system. Simultaneously, the sophistication of information technology, user’s participation, and user’s ability have a positive and significant effect on the performance of accounting information system.
