This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation and work ethic simultaneously or partially on the performance of non-ASN employees in the Buleleng Regency youth and sports education office. The research design used in this study is causal quantitative. This study used saturated sample with 50 respondents. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of non ASN employees in the Disdikpora Buleleng, (2) work ethic has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of non ASN employees in the Disdikpora Buleleng office environment, and (3) ) work motivation and work ethic have a significant effect on the performance of non-ASN employees in the Disdikpora Buleleng

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) service quality on customer satisfaction, (2) service quality on customer loyalty, (3) customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, and (4) customer satisfaction in mediating the effect of service quality on customer loyalty at PT . BPR Suryajaya Kubuplus. The type of research used is quantitative research and the research design used is causal research design. The subjects in this study were customers at PT. BPR Suryajaya Kubutambahan and the objects in this study are service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Data was collected by document recording and questionnaire method, and analyzed by path analysis. The results showed that (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, (3) customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and (4) customer satisfaction mediate some of the influence of service quality on customer loyalty

The sample used in this study were 100 consumer respondents who had consumed and bought directly or were consuming herbalife nutrition shake products in Singaraja using a purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and tested by multiple linear regression analysis. This test intends to prove the impact of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness on the financial performance of LPDs in Kintamani District. This test uses a causal quantitative system to analyze causal correlations between the independent and dependent variables. The test population is 61 LPD along with 39 LPD as a sample. Two informants were taken from each LPD, namely the head of the LPD and the head of the LPD supervisory body, resulting in a total of 78 informants. Sample determination system using purposive sampling. The employed methodology is characterized by a quantitative approach with a causal research design. The focus of the study pertains to the examination of the relationship between brand image and influencer marketing as independent variables and their impact on purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. Individual assessment research with the RIASEC model based on Holland's theory was conducted on employees who received less work ratings from management. The RIASEC model uses Holland's career choice theory which aims to mapping based on individual interests. The subject on this research is one employee. This research conducted on two job title, which are Junior Engineer Distribution Operational and Alternative Department Junior Engineer for App Control. Besides conducting individual assessments to find out the potential of the Subject in both positions and the RIASEC test to relieve Subject interest, the author also categories the two positions based on the World of Work Map theory. The result of the study shows that subject is more suitable for alternative positions because of the compatibility of subject's interests

Individual assessment research for potential review is carried out as part of talent management activities to get an overview of the potential possessed by the subject. The results of the potential review assessment are then combined with the results of work performance assessments to obtain information about the subject's position in the HAV Matrix as a talent map. The subject in this study was one person who was an employee at PT X who had just occupied a new position as Supervisor. Data collection in this study was carried out using test methods (psychological test kits) and non-test (interview). Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the subject is in the position of "top talent" in the HAV Matrix which is in the range of high performance and optimal capacity. These results indicate that the subject is included in the talent pool and is a potential cadre at PT. X

This study empirically examines the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance with self-efficacy as a mediating variable at the Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) in East Denpasar District. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to 93 employees from 12 LPDs in East Denpasar District. Testing the hypothesis in this study using path analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with self-efficacy as a mediating variable at the Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) in East Denpasar District.

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the impact of social competence on employee performance at the Department of Housing, Settlement, and Land Affairs of Buleleng Regency, (2) the impact of social competence on employee performance through employee motivation at the Department of Housing, Settlement, and Land Affairs of Buleleng Regency, and (3) the impact of employee motivation on employee performance at the Department of Housing, Settlement, and Land Affairs of Buleleng Regency. This study utilized a quantitative causal design. The subjects of this study were all contract employees at the Department of Housing, Settlement, and Land Affairs of Buleleng Regency. The results of this study indicate that: (1) social competence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Department of Housing, Settlement, and Land Affairs of Buleleng Regency, (2) social competence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through employee motivation at the Department of Housing, Settlement, and Land Affairs of Buleleng Regency, and (3) employee motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Department of Housing, Settlement, and Land Affairs of Buleleng Regency.

The performance of statistical partners has not met the desired standard. The performance of these partners can be assessed by evaluating their ability to meet work targets. This study aims to explore the impact of coaching and supervision both independently and jointly on the performance of statistical partners at BPS Buleleng Regency. The research design used for this research is quantitative with a causal approach. The research population is all statistical partners who work in Buleleng Regency, a total of 260 people. The sampleqfor thisqstudy was selected using purposive sampling, and consisted of 50 participants. Research data were collected through the use of questionnaires andqanalyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. This research was conducted at the Umejero Village Office, Busungbiu District, Buleleng Regency. This study aims to analyze the role of attitudes towards the use of Electronic Medical Records (RME) in mediating perceived benefits, perceived convenience and perceived risks to interest in using online medical records. This research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. This research is located at Mangusada Regional Hospital. The number of samples specified in this study were 92 samples using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS software. The results showed that perceived benefits and perceived convenience had a positive and significant effect, while perceived risks had a negative and significant effect on attitudes towards using RME. Perceived benefits, perceived convenience, and RME have a positive and significant effect, while risks have a negative and significant effect on the intention to use RME. The attitude of using RME can mediate the variables of perceived benefits, perceived ease and perceived risk of interest in using RME.
