Goal Orientation dan Kepercayaan Diri pada Atlet Beladiri: Studi Komparatif Atlet Taekwondo dan Judo

Atlet beladiri dituntut untuk memiliki keseimbangan antara kekuatan mental dan emosional guna menghadapi berbagai tekanan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara goal orientation dan kepercayaan diri pada atlet taekwondo dan judo. Desain penelitian komparatif dan korelasi study. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet judo dan taekwondo dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner Task and Ego Orientation Sports Quetionnaire dan Source sport confidence Questionnaire dengan analisis data menggunakan uji independent sample t-test serta uji korelasional menggunakan uji Pearson Correlation. Hasil komparasi dengan p value pada task orientation 0,706, dan ego orientation (0,369) dan kepercayaan diri (0.369) dimana p-value > α sehingga H_0 diterima, yang berarti bahwa data menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan dan perbedaan yang signifikan dalam masing-masing indikator. Simpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya perbedaan dalam pendekatan teknis dan gaya pelatihan, faktor-faktor psikologis yang mendasari Goal orientation pada kedua cabang olahraga ini cenderung seimbang, serta mereka sama-sama mengembangkan task orientation yang kuat.
