PENERAPAN KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK SELF MANAGEMENT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN SELF DEFFERENCE SISWA KELAS X IBB SMA NEGERI 2 SINGARAJA TAHUN 2014/2015

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan ( Action research in counseling ) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan Self Defference siswa kelas X IBB di SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja setelah di laksanakan penerapan konseling Behavioral dengan Teknik Self Management. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IBB di SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 siklus dimana masing-masinh siklus melalui tahap identifikasi, diagnosa, prognosa, konseling/treatment, evaluasi/follow up , dan refleksi. Proses pengambilan data dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner Self Defference pola skali linkert dan dianalisis secara deskriptif serta menggunakan buku harian. Dalam penelitian ini, data yang dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, buku harian dan kesioner. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, setelah dilaksanakan tindakan pada siklus I bimbingan klasikal sebesar (75.95%), siklus II bimbingan kelompok sebesar (77.70%), siklus III konseling kelompok sebesar (78.20%) dan siklus IV konseling individu sebesar (80.14%) . Dari hasil tindakan siklus I,II,III,IV Ini menunjukkan sudah ada peningkatan self defference secara signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil yang telah dicapai tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis Konseling Behavioral dengan teknik Self Management mampu meningkatkan Self Defference siswa kelas X IBB SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015Kata Kunci : konseling behavioral, teknik Self management, self defference
This research is the kind of research actions (Action research in counseling) that aims to find out the increase in Self Defference grade X IBB in SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja after application of Behavioral Counseling funded by the technique of Self Management. The subject of this research is to grade X IBB in SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja. This research consists of 4 cycle where each masinh cycle through the stages of identification, diagnosis, prognosis, counselling/treatment/follow-up, evaluation, and reflection. The process of data retrieval in research use questionnaire Self Defference skali linkert pattern and analyzed are descriptive as well as using the diary. In this study, the data collected by the method of observation, interviews, diaries and kesioner. Based on the results of the analysis, after having carried out an action on a cycle I guidance of classical (99.99%), cycle II guidance group registration (77.70%), cycle III of group counseling (81.60%) and cycles of individual counseling IV (80.14%). From the results of the action cycle I, II, III, IV shows there's been an increase in self defference significantly. Based on the results that have been achieved can be inferred that the hypothesis with the techniques of Behavioral Counseling Self Management to increase Self Defference grade X IBB 2 SMA Negeri Singaraja school year 2014/2015.
