PENERAPAN KONSELING BEHAVIORALTEKNIK MODELING DAN PENGKONDISIAN OPERAN (OPERAN CONDITIONING) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PADASISWA KELAS X 5 SMA NEGERI 1 SAWAN

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan konseling behavioral teknik modeling dan pengkondisian operan (operan conditioning) untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas X 5 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner sebagai metode utama sedangkan observasi sebagai metode pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari data awal diperoleh 7 orang siswa yang terindikasi memiliki motivasi belajar yang rendah dengan rata-rata sebesar 59,42%. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Pada siklus I terjadi peningkatan dengan rata-rata sebesar 6,15% dengan hasil 4 orang siswa yang dikategorikan sedang dan 3 orang siswa yang belum mencapai kriteria 65% pada siklus I. Pada siklus II, 3 orang siswa yang belum mencapai kriteria 65% dan 4 orang siswa yang sudah memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan 65% juga mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II, dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 13,35%. Artinya siswa sudah menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi belajar. Data tersebut diperkuat dari hasil pengamatan perubahan perilaku siswa yang diisi oleh peneliti pada setiap siklusnya, sehingga penerapan konseling behavioral teknik modeling dan pengkondisian operan (operan conditioning) efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada siswa kelas X 5 di SMA Negeri 1 Sawan tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 efektif.Kata Kunci : konseling behavioral, modeling, pengkondisian operan, motivasi belajar
This research is a research action guidance counseling that aims to find out the effectiveness of the application of behavioral modeling techniques of counseling and conditioning of the three (or air-conditioning) to enhance learning motivation of students of class X 5 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan year 2014/2015 lessons. Method of data collection used was a questionnaire as a method as a method of observation while the main supporters. The results showed the initial data obtained from 7 students that they have a low learning motivation with an average of 59,42%. This research is carried out in 2 cycles. On cycle I improved with an average of 6,15% with the results of 4 students who were categorized and 3 students who have not yet reached 65% criteria on a cycle of i. cycle II, 3 students who have not yet reached 65% criteria and 4 students who already meet the criteria of success of 65% also experienced an increase in cycle II, with an average increase of 13,35%. This means that students are already showing an increased motivation to learn. The data reinforced the observations of changes in the behavior of students who filled by researchers at each cycle, so that the application of behavioral modeling techniques of counseling and conditioning of the three (or air-conditioning) is effective to increase the motivation of learning in students of class X 5 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan year 2014/2015 effective lessons.
