Students must also increase their focus on writing practice and always proofread their writing.
Wardah Hafizah Nida Husna Neneng Sunengsih Reza Anis Maulidya Copyright (c) 2023 Reza Anis Maulidya http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-03-07 2024-03-07 8 1 Problem Based Learning and Direct Learning Models Influence Learning Outcomes on Basic Soft Ball Game Techniques in View of Critical Thinking Ability https://ejournal.undiksha.ac.id/index.php/JIPP/article/view/69334
Several factors, including monotonous learning models and critical thinking skills, cause low PJOK learning outcomes. This research aims to analyze problem-based and direct learning models on the learning outcomes of basic softball game techniques in terms of necessary thinking skills. The research uses a 2X2 treatment by level design. The population is 115 people. A sampling of 60 people was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection method using tests. The analysis technique is data using two-way ANOVA, followed by an independent sample t-test. The results show that the learning outcomes for the softball game of students who follow the problem-based learning model are higher than those who follow the direct learning model. There is an interaction between the learning model and critical thinking skills in softball game learning outcomes. Students with high necessary thinking skills who follow the problem-based learning model have higher learning outcomes than those who follow direct learning, and students with low necessary thinking skills who follow the problem-based learning model have lower learning outcomes than those who follow explicit learning. This research concludes that the problem-based learning model influences learning outcomes regarding critical thinking abilities. This research implies that teachers can apply the PBL model to improve student learning outcomes.
I Made Dirgantara I Gusti Lanang Agung Parwata I Ketut Iwan Swadesi Copyright (c) 2023 I Made Dirgantara, I Gusti Lanang Agung Parwata, I Ketut Iwan Swadesi http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-03-07 2024-03-07 8 1 Adversity Resilience and Self-Regulation on Students' Mathematical Competence in Elementary Schools https://ejournal.undiksha.ac.id/index.php/JIPP/article/view/72813
There are various problems in learning mathematics among students. One of the main problems is that individuals have different views regarding the difficulty of mathematics subjects. This research aims to analyze the resilience and self-regulation of students' mathematical competence. This type of research is causal survey research with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis techniques. The research sample was 153 students determined using the Slovin formula and selected randomly. Resilience and self-regulation data were collected through questionnaires, while mathematics competency data were collected through tests. Data were analyzed using SEM analysis. The findings show that resilience and self-regulation influence mathematical competence. Resilience has a positive effect on students' mathematical competence. Self-regulation has a positive impact on students' mathematical competence. Resilience has a positive effect on students' self-regulation. This research concludes that resilience and self-regulation influence students' mathematical competence. The research implications can contribute to mathematics learning, namely the importance of increasing mathematical competence through growing mastery for appropriate actions, which will impact achieving more optimal mathematical competence in students.
I Nyoman Artha Wiguna I Made Candiasa Ida Bagus Putu Arnyana Copyright (c) 2024 I Nyoman Artha Wiguna http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-03-07 2024-03-07 8 1
