In addition, children's lack of understanding about sexual harassment and the dangers surrounding it makes children remain silent when abused. This research aims to analyze the influence of the SKIDU (Sex Kids Education) game as an effort to introduce sex education to children aged 5-6 years. This type of research is quantitative research. This research uses a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design without a control class. The sample in this study was ten children aged 5-6 years. Data collection is obtained from observation and documentation. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis technique uses hypothesis testing (paired sample t-test). The results obtained were differences before and after being given treatment using the SKIDU (Sex Kids Education) game. The SKIDU (Sex Kids Education) game influences introducing sex education to children aged 5-6 years. It was concluded that the use of the SKIDU (Sex Kids Education) game can increase children's knowledge about sex education. The implication of this research is that the SKIDU game can increase young children's understanding of body parts that other people should not touch.
2024-01-03T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Winda Sherly Utami https://ejournal.undiksha.ac.id/index.php/JJPAUD/article/view/66999 Instruments for Early Mapping of Preschool Numeracy and Literacy 2024-03-27T22:54:14+00:00 Dek Ngurah Laba Laksana laba.laksana@gmail.com Efrida Ita evoletelvo@gmail.com Elisabeth Tantiana Ngura elisabethngura@gmail.com Cresensiana Florentina Saju sajuflorentina@gmail.com
Understanding the early childhood mapping resources that are now available so that educators can assess students' literacy and numeracy It makes it challenging for teachers to assess how well their students are reading and using numbers. Early evaluations of early childhood numerical instruments indicated a very high content. All qualifying items in the reliability testing of numerating instruments have a Cronbach's alpha score of 0.914, bringing them in a highly reliable category. This research was conducted using observation, interviews, and documentation of five research subjects for the data collection process. The method of data analysis is carried out directly based on the results of field work, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that children with this parenting style become independent and have good creativity, permissive parenting style gives freedom to children without reprimands and punishments, even though children make mistakes. In this study, the parenting style that is mostly applied by millennial parents in using gadgets for children aged 3-6 years in the Tunggulrejo Village tends to use permissive parenting. The negative impacts of using early childhood gadgets in Tunggulrejo Village are eye health problems, children get angry easily, children prefer to be alone, and children are more lazy in doing things. Data collection was carried out by interviews, questionnaires, and observations on 88 students taking early childhood education management courses. Product feasibility testing was carried out from questionnaire data analysis on 10 statement items using a four-rating scale, while observations and interviews were used to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the co-construction online learning model. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive and quantitative techniques to analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of implementing the co-construction online learning model. The results of the study in the electronic feasibility test for teaching materials achieved a score of 71.4%, which means it is feasible and does not need revision. However, the need to integrate these concepts is a problem that still needs to be resolved in the literature. Apart from that, the conflict between parents' expectations for children and teachers' achievements is a complaint for kindergarten teachers in implementing play-based project learning with a Playworld approach, resulting in teachers' perceptions of this learning model. This research analyzes kindergarten teachers' perspectives on project learning through play with a Playworld approach. The sample for this research was 228 kindergarten teachers who were randomly selected using convenience sampling techniques. Questionnaires and FGDs were used to collect research data. Quantitative data was obtained by distributing questionnaires using Google Forms. Quantitative data was analyzed using descriptive analysis, and qualitative data was analyzed using thematic analysis. The research results show that kindergarten teachers have an average of 70.75 knowledge about project learning through playing with the Playworld approach, 69.09% experience using it, and 34.48% teacher creativity in using this learning. Based on these results, teachers experience difficulties integrating learning through play, especially play-based project learning with a Playworld approach. These findings have implications for improving the quality of learning and increasing teachers' abilities in designing and implementing better learning.
2024-01-03T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Peny Husna Handayani https://ejournal.undiksha.ac.id/index.php/JJPAUD/article/view/62001 Frequency of Device Use on Prosocial Behavior of Early Age Children 5-6 Years 2024-03-27T22:54:41+00:00 Aidita Kirana asihb.kurnia@gmail.com Asih Budi Kurniawati asihb.kurnia@gmail.com Sugiana asihb.kurnia@gmail.com
The use of devices in early childhood has a time limit so that they have a good impact. The high frequency of device use among children will influence children's social behavior, especially prosocial behavior. This study aims to analyze the influence of frequency of device use on the prosocial behavior of children aged 5-6 years. This research uses ex-post facto quantitative research. The population in this study were parents (mothers) with children aged 5-6 years in PAUD institutions. This study used two-stage cluster sampling with a sample size of three sub-districts, one kindergarten for each with 59 parents (mothers). Data collection in this study used a questionnaire method with an instrument in the form of a statement sheet that parents (mothers) need to fill out to obtain data on the frequency of device use in children, children's prosocial behavior, and personal data on parents and children. The data obtained was then analyzed using a simple linear regression test processed with the help of SPSS. The data analysis results show an influence between the frequency of device use and the prosocial behavior of children aged 5-6 years. Apart from that, the correlation value shows a negative influence between the frequency of using devices and the prosocial behavior of children aged 5-6 years. This research implies that the frequency of using devices influences the prosocial behavior of children aged 5-6, meaning that the higher the frequency, the lower the child's prosocial behavior, and vice versa.
2024-01-03T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Asih Budi Kurniawati https://ejournal.undiksha.ac.id/index.php/JJPAUD/article/view/64909 Model Project for Pancasila Students in Kindergarten 2024-03-27T22:54:24+00:00 Dadan Suryana suryana@fip.unp.ac.id Ayu Mustika Sari Ayu ayumustikasari10@gmail.com Farida Mayar ayumustikasari10@gmail.com Nurbiana Dhieni ayumustikasari10@gmail.com Sri Wulan ayumustikasari10@gmail.com
The research results show that children's development in kindergarten is still low because learning in kindergarten should emphasize children's active involvement in working on projects that are implemented in children's play activities.
