KORELASI HIGIENE PEDAGANG DENGAN KEBERADAAN BAKTERI COLIFORM FECAL PADA MINUMAN ES TEH YANG DIJUAL DI SEKITAR KAMPUS UNIVERSITAS PENDIDIKAN GANESHA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi higiene pedagang dengan keberadaan bakteri Coliform fecal pada minuman es teh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pedagang es teh yang ada di sekitar Kampus Tengah dan Kampus Bawah Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha yang berjumlah 22. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan berjumlah 17 pedagang sebagai responden dalam penyebaran kuisioner dengan teknik pengambilan data Non-Probability Sampling, secara Purposive Sampling. Analisis data dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan taraf siginifikansi 5% dan diikuti dengan uji koefisien korelasi, jika tidak memenuhi syarat pada uji chi square maka menggunakan uji alternatif yaitu uji Fisher’s. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ada korelasi antara higiene pedagang dengan keberadaan bakteri Coliform fecal pada minuman es teh dengan keakuratan korelasi kuat (p = 0,006 dan Contingency Coeficient = 0,601).

The purpose of this research were to know correlation traders hygiene with presence of Coliform fecal bacteria on iced tea drink. The type of this research is explanatory research with cross sectional approach. The population in this research is all the tea ice traders around the Central Campus and the Lower Campus of Ganesha University Education which amounted to 22. The sample of the research used were 17 traders as respondents in the distribution of questionnaires with the technique of data retrieval of Non-Probability Sampling, Purposive Sampling. Data analysis using Chi-Square test with 5% significance level and followed by correlation coefficient test, if not qualified in chi square test then use alternative test that is Fisher's test. The result of this research there is correlation between trader hygiene with presence of Coliform fecal bacteria on ice tea drink with strong correlation accuracy (p = 0.006 and Contingency Coeficient = 0.601).
