ISOLASI DAN IDENTIFIKASI JAMUR MIKROSKOPIS DARI RHIZOSPHERE TANAMAN ANGGUR BALI (Vitis vinifera L. var. Alphonso Lavalle) DI DESA BANJAR, KECAMATAN BANJAR, BULELENG-BALI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik genus jamur mikroskopis yang diisolasi dari rhizosphere tanaman anggur Bali (Vitis vinifera L. var. Alphonso Lavalle). Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif eksploratif. Tahapan dari penelitian ini terdiri dari tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap pengenceran sampel tanah, tahap purifikasi, tahap identifikasi dan analisis data. Subyek dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh jamur mikroskopis pada tanah rhizosphere tanaman anggur Bali (Vitis vinifera L. var. Alphonso Lavalle) di desa Banjar, Kabupaten Buleleng. Obyek dari penelitian ini yaitu isolat jamur mikroskopis yang diisolasi dari tanah rhizosphere tanaman anggur Bali desa Banjar, Kabupaten Buleleng. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan isolat jamur yang diisolasi dari rhizosphere tanaman anggur Bali memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda baik dari morfologi makroskopis maupun mikroskopis dan ditemukan 5 genus jamur yaitu genus jamur Trichoderma, Aspergillus, Fusarium, Penicillium dan Scytalidium.

This study aim to know the characteristics genera of fungi microscopic isolated from the rhizosphere of Bali grapevine (Vitis vinifera L. var Alphonso Lavalle). The type of this study is descriptive explorative. Stages of this study consisted of preparation, implementation, dilution of soil sample, identification and analysis of the data. The subjects in this study were all microscopic fungi isolated from rhizosphere of Bali grapevine (Vitis vinifera L. var. Alphonso Lavalle) in Banjar village, Buleleng regency. Meanwhile, the object of this study is isolates of microscopic fungi from Bali grapevine in Banjar village, Buleleng regency. The results of this study is isolates of the genera fungi isolated from the rhizosphere Bali grapevine have different characteristics from macroscopic and microscopic morphology, base on identification found five genera of fungus that is genera of Trichoderma, Aspergillus, Fusarium, Penicillium and Scytalidium.
