Pemberian Variasi Konsentrasi Ekstrak Daun Daun Tembakau Terhadap Mortalitas Larva Ulat Daun (Plutella xylostella) Tanaman Sawi (Brassica juncea)

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan mortalitas Plutella xylostella akibat pemberian dari ekstrak daun tembakau dengan variasi konsentrasi yang berbeda, (2) konsentrasi ekstrak daun tembakau yang paling efektif terhadap mortalitas Plutella xylostella dan (3) konsentrasi ekstrak daun tembakau yang dapat membunuh 50% (LC50) Plutella xylostella. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian sungguhan (true experimental) dengan rancangan penelitian Randomized Post test only control group design. Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 perlakuan dan 5 pengulangan dengan variasi konsentrasi 5%, 10%, 15%, dan 20% dan kontrol. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada perbedaan mortalitas Plutella xylostella akibat pemberian konsentrasi ekstrak tembakau dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda, berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan angka signifikansi 0,0001<0,05 (2) konsentrasi ektrak daun tembakau yang paling efektif adalah pada konsentrasi 5% karena dengan konsentrasi 5% sudah menyebabkan mortalitas Plutella xylostella sebesar 34% (3) nilai LC50 pada penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil uji hayati diperoleh nilai estimasi konsentrasi 8,651%. Besarnya konsentrasi ini didapatkan melalui analisis probit dengan taraf kepercayaan 95%.

The purpose of this research to know: (1) the difference mortality Plutella xylostella due to the provision of an extract tobacco leaves with the variation of different concentration and (2) concentration extract tobacco leaves that is most effective against mortalitas Plutella xylostella (3) concentration extract tobacco leaves that can kill 50 % (LC50) Plutella xylostella . The kind of research this is a real research experimental true to a draft research post test only randomized control group design. This research using 5 treatment and 5 repetition with variations concentration % 5 , 10 % , 15 % , and 20 % and control. The result of the research indicated that: (1) difference mortalitas Plutella xylostella due to extract the concentration of tobacco with low different , based on the results of the hypothesis figures showing significance 0.0001<0.05 (2) concentration extract tobacco leaves the most effective is on the concentration 5 % because with low 5 % is causing mortalitas Plutella xylostella of 34 % (3) value lc50 to research is based on biological test obtained value estimation the concentration 8.651 % .The concentration it obtained analysing probit with standard trust 95 %.
