Abstract

Tujuan penelitian (1) mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan program Trias UKS di SMP Laboratorium Undiksha ditinjau dari dimensi konteks, input, proses dan produk dan (2) mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan program Trias UKS di SMP Laboratorium Undiksha ditinjau dari model evaluasi CIPP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi (evaluation reseach) dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (contex, input, process, product). Data variabel konteks, input, proses dan produk dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa lembar observasi, studi dokumentasi dan pedoman wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian secara umum pelaksanaan program Trias UKS di SMP Laboratorium Undiksha termasuk kedalam kategori sangat efektif. Dari keempat variabel yang diteliti menunjukkan bahwa variabel konteks termasuk kategori sangat efektif, variabel input termasuk kategori sangat efektif, variabel proses termasuk kategori sangat efektif dan variabel produk termasuk kategori efektif dengan nilai berturut-turut (98,93%, 88,73%, 83,53% dan 93,33%), sehingga efektivitas pelaksanaan program Trias UKS di SMP Laboratorium Undiksha di tinjau dari model evaluasi CIPP dan mengacu pada kuadran Glickman termasuk dalam kuadran I yang diperoleh hasil (++++) yang berarti sangat efektif.

The purpose of this research were to know (1) the effectiveness of Trias UKS program implementation at Laboratorium Undiksha Junior High School in terms of context, input, process and product and (2) to know the effectiveness of the implementation of Trias UKS program implementation at Laboratorium Undiksha Junior High School reviewed from CIPP evaluation model. This research is an evaluational research using CIPP evaluation model (contex, input, process, product). Data on context variables, inputs, processes and products were conducted by using instruments in the form of observation sheets, documentation studies and interview guide. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive. The result of the research shows that implementation of TRIAS UKS program implementation at Laboratorium Undiksha Junior High School is very effective. Of the four variables studied, it shows that context variables are very effective, input variables are very effective, process variables are very effective and product variables are effective with successive values (98.93%, 88.73%, 83 , 53% and 93.33%), so the effectiveness of the UKS Triass program implementation at SMP Undiksha Laboratory is reviewed from the CIPP evaluation model and refers to the quadrant of Glickman included in quadrant I obtained result (++++) which means very effective.
