PEMANFAATAN DAUN MINDI (Melia azedarach L.) PADA BERAT DAN LAMA WAKTU DEKOMPOSISI BERBEDA SEBAGAI MEDIA TANAM TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN GUMITIR (Tagetes erecta L.)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pemberian daun mindi dengan berat yang berbeda sebagai media tanam meningkatkan perbedaan pertumbuhan tanaman gumitir (Tagetes erecta L.). (2) Pemberian daun mindi dengan lama waktu dekomposisi yang berbeda sebagai media tanam meningkatkan perbedaan pertumbuhan tanaman gumitir (Tagetes erecta L.). (3) Kombinasi antara pemberian berat daun mindi dengan lama waktu dekomposisi yang berbeda sebagai media tanam meningkatkan perbedaan pertumbuhan tanaman gumitir (Tagetes erecta L.). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen sungguhan (true experimental research). Sampel yang digunakan adalah tanaman gumitir (Tagetes erecta L.) dengan ciri morfologi yang sama yaitu dengan tinggi 5 cm. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 pengulangan dengan 20 perlakuan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik Anava dua arah (Anava Two Way) dengan rancangan desain faktorial. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada perbedaan pertumbuhan tanaman gumitir (Tagetes erecta L.) akibat pemberian berat daun mindi. Perlakuan pada berat 75 gr menghasilkan berat rata-rata tertinggi. (2) Tidak ada perbedaan pertumbuhan tanaman gumitir (Tagetes erecta L.) akibat pemberian lama waktu dekomposisi daun mindi. (3) Tidak ada perbedaan pertumbuhan tanaman gumitir (Tagetes erecta L.) akibat pemberian kombinasi lama waktu dekomposisi dan berat daun mindi.

This research aimed to find out: (1) The provision of mindi leaves with different weights as planting media increases the difference in the growth of Gumitir plants (Tagetes erecta L.). (2) The provision of mindi leaves with a long time different decomposition as a medium of planting increases the difference in the growth of Gumitir plants (Tagetes erecta L.). (3) The combination of heavy delivery of mindi leaves with a long time different decomposition as a medium of planting increases the difference in the growth of Gumitir plant (Tagetes erecta L.). This research is a real experimental research. The sample is the Gumitir (Tagetes erecta L.) plant with the same morphological characteristic of 5 cm. This study used 3 repetitions with 20 treatments. The Data was analyzed using a two-way Anava two Way statistical test with factorial design. The results of this study show that: (1) There were differences in the growth of Gumitir plants (Tagetes erecta L.) due to the heavy administration of mindi leaves. The treatment at weight 75 gr produces the highest average weight. (2) There was difference in the growth of Gumitir plants (Tagetes erecta L.) due to the prolonged administration of mindi leaf decomposition. (3) There was difference in the growth of Gumitir plants (Tagetes erecta L.) due to the combination of long-time decomposition and heavy leaf mindi.
