Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh penerapan metode pembelajaran Student Created Case Studies disertai media Flip Chart terhadap sikap dan kemandirian siswa pada ekstrakurikuler Kelompok Siswa Peduli AIDS dan Narkoba (KSPAN) di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Marga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian non-equivalent pre-test post-test control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas VIII SMP N 2 Marga dengan jumlah populasi 224 yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler KSPAN sejumlah 50 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan teknik undian dan diperoleh 2 kelas dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 48 siswa. data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer (menanyakan langsung kepada responden) yaitu dengan menggunakan lembar kuesioner dengan jumlah pernyataan sebanyak 20 butir kuesioner kemandirian belajar dan 25 butir kuesioner sikap reproduksi positif. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan uji statistik Mancova. Semua pengujian statistik dilakukan pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil uji hipotesis pengaruh Student Created Case Studies disertai media Flip Chart terhadap sikap dan kemandirian siswa diperoleh nilai sig. sebesar p<0,05. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Student Created Case Studies disertai media Flip Chart berpengaruh terhadap sikap dan kemandirian siswa. (2) Student Created Case Studies disertai Flip Chart berpengaruh terhadap sikap siswa kelas VIII yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler KSPAN. (3) Student Created Case Studies disertai media Flip Chart berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of the application of learning methods Case Studies Student Created Flip Chart accompanied media on attitudes and self-reliance of students on extracurricular Student Groups AIDS Care and Drugs (KSPAN) in class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Marga. This research is a Quasi Experiment with the study design non-equivalent pretest posttest control group design. The study population was the whole class VIII SMP N 2 Highways with a total population of 224 who follow extracurricular KSPAN number of 50 students. Samples were taken using a lottery and obtained two classes with a total sample of 48 students. Data were collected primary data (check directly with the respondent) is by using a questionnaire with a number of statements as much as 20 grains questionnaires learning independence and 25 grains of reproductive positive attitude questionnaire. Data analysis technique conducted with statistical test MANCOVA. All statistical tests performed at the 5% significance level. The results of hypothesis testing effects of Case Studies Student Created Flip Chart accompanied media on attitudes and student independence gained sig. at p <0.05. The study concluded that (1) Case Studies Student Created accompanied Flip Chart media influence on student attitudes and self-reliance. (2) Case Studies Student Created accompanied Flip Chart influence on the attitude of the eighth grade students who follow extracurricular KSPAN. (3) Case Studies Student Created accompanied Flip Chart media influence on student learning independence.
