PEMBERIAN BIOURINE DAN AIR KELAPA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN SAWI HIJAU (Brassica juncea L.)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Biourine terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman sawi hijau, (2) mengetahui pengaruh pemberian air kelapa terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman sawi hijau, (3) mengetahui interaksi pemberian Biourine dan air kelapa terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman sawi hijau. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen sungguhan dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dan desain penelitian faktorial 4 x 4. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tanaman sawi hijau dari benih sawi hijau dalam kemasan bermerk Cap Panah Merah. tanaman sawi hijau yang memiliki rata-rata 3-4 lembar daun dengan tinggi yang sama digunakan sebagai sampel diperoleh dengan cara acak random sederhana. Variabel bebas penelitian ini adalah konsentrasi Biourie dan kosentrasi air kelapa, variabel terikatya adalah pertumbuhan tanaman sawi hijau yag diukur dari berat kering tanaman. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik Anova two way. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) Ada pengaruh pemberian Biourine terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman sawi hijau berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yakni angka signifikansi 0,000, (2) Ada pengaruh pemberian Air Kelapa terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman sawi hijau berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yakni angka signifikansi 0,000, (3) Ada interaksi pemberian Biourine dan air kelapa terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman sawi hijau berdasarka hasil uji signifikansi 0,041.

The purposes of this research were (1) ) to know the effects of the application of Bio-urine to the growth of green mustard, (2) to know the effects of the application of coconut water to the growth of green mustard, (3) to know the interaction of Bio-urine and coconut water’ application to the growth of green mustard. This research was an experimental research with Completely Randomized Design (CDR) and 4x4 factorial design. The population of this research was mustard greens from mustard greens seeds branded Cap Panah Merah, the green mustard which have 3-4 leaves in average with same height were used as the samples which were determined by simple random sampling. Independent variables in this research were the concentration of Bio-urine and coconut water, while the dependent variable is the growth of the green mustard crops measured by the dry weight of the crops. Data then analyzed statistically using two way Anova test. The result of this reaserch showes that (1) There is an effects of the application of Bio-urine to the growth of green mustard based on the result of hypothesis testing in which the significance value was 0,000, (2) There is an effects of the application of coconut water to the growth of green mustard based on the result of hypothesis testing in which the significance value was 0,000, (3) there is an interaction of the application of bio-urine and coconut water to the growth of green mustard based on the result of significance testing value of 0,041.
