PELAKSANAAN PENGAJARAN PENGAYAAN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA DI KELAS XI TKJ2 SMK NEGERI 3 SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pengajaran pengayaan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dilihat dari segi (1) pemahan guru terhadap pelaksanaan pengajaran pengayaan, (2) pelaksanaan pengajaran pengayaan, dan (3) masalah-masalah yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam pelaksanaan pengajaran pengayaan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas XI TKJ2 SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas XI TKJ2 SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara dan metode observasi. Prosedur analisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif sebagai berikut (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, dan (3) verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pemahaman guru terhadap pelaksanaan pengajaran pengayaan berada pada kategori memahami yang tercermin dari jawaban yang diberikan oleh guru dari hasil wawancara. (2) pelaksanaan pengajaran pengayaan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas XI TKJ2 SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja berjalan dengan baik. (3) masalah-masalah yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam melaksanakan pengajaran pengayaan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia yaitu, (a) karakteristik siswa, (b) pengaturan waktu pembelajaran, dan (c) ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana dalam pelaksanaan pengajaran pengayaan.Kata Kunci : pengajaran pengayaan, bahasa Indonesia.
*This study aims to describe the implementation of enrichment teaching in Indonesian language learning in terms of (1) teachers' understanding of the implementation of enrichment teaching, (2) implementation of enrichment teaching, and (3) problems faced by teachers in the implementation of enrichment teaching in Indonesian language learning In class XI TKJ2 of SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. This study used descriptive qualitative research. The subject of this research was the teachers of class XI TKJ2 of SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. The data was collected by interview method and observation method. The data were analysed by using descriptive qualitative techniques, as follow (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) data verification. This study showed that (1) Teachers’ understanding abaout the impletation of enrichment teaching was in the category of understanding that was indicated from interview results given by the teachers. (2) Implementation of enrichment teaching in Indonesian language learning in class XI TKJ2 of SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja run well in accordance with enforcement teaching enforcement procedures listed in Curriculum 2013. (3) The problems faced by teachers in implementing enrichment teaching in language learning were (a) students’ characteristics, (b) time management of the study, and (c) availability of the infrastructure and facilities of the school.
