PENERAPAN PROGRAM GURU PEMBELAJAR MODA DARING KOMBINASI TERHADAP GURU BAHASA INDONESIA TINGKAT SMA DI KABUPATEN GIANYAR

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji (1) penerapan program guru pembelajar moda daring kombinasi dan (2) kendala-kendala penerapan program guru pembelajar moda daring kombinasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan ancangan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan program guru pembelajar dan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru saat menerapkan moda daring kombinasi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode dokumentasi berupa modul dan metode wawancara berupa pedoman wawancara. Instrumen menggunakan alat perekam dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini ialah (1) penerapan program guru pembelajar moda daring kombinasi memenuhi tahapan, yaitu kegiatan awal, guru mampu mengenal konsep dan sistem guru pembelajar moda daring kombinasi; pada inti pembelajaran, guru mampu menjawab modul; dan pada kegiatan akhir, guru mampu melaporkan hasil pembelajaran. (2) kendala-kendala guru adalah guru belum terbiasa menggunakan laptop karena faktor usia, server sulit tersambung ke aplikasi LMS, dan konten lembar kerja sering tumpang tindih. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah (1) penerapan program guru pembelajar moda daring kombinasi telah efektif dan sesuai dengan tahapan-tahapan, serta (2) kendala-kendala yang ditemui oleh mentor adalah dari guru pembelajar.

This study aims to examine (1) implementation of a combined mode learner online teacher program and (2) the obstacle implementation of combined mode learner online teacher program. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach. The subject of this study I the teacher. The objects this study are the implementation of a learner teacher program and the abstacles that the teacher faced in applying a combination mode online. Data was collected using dokmentation method and interview method in form of interview guide. The instruments used are recording device and interview guide.the result ofthis study are (1) the implementation of a combined online mode learner teacher program meets expectations, that is at initial activities teachers are able to recognize the concept and system of teacher learner in online combination mode, at the core learning, teacher are able to answer the module, and at the end of learning, teachers are able to report on learning outcomes. (2) the obstacles are teacher are not able to use laptop, server is difficult to connect to LMS apps, and work sheet content after overlaps. Conclusions of this study (1) the implementation of a combined online mode learner teacher program (2) the obstacles ebcountered by thr mentor are from the learner teacher.
