Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa pada pembelajaran bermain peran (drama) dengan penerapan metode connected berbantuan media pembelajaran drama Alibaba, (2) mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah yang ditempuh dalam menerapkan penerapan metode connected berbantuan media pembelajaran drama Alibaba, dan (3) mendeskripsikan respons siswa terhadap penerapan penerapan metode connected berbantuan media pembelajaran drama Alibaba. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan dan siswa kelas VIIIA2 di SMP Negeri 3 Sawan yang berjumlah 20 orang siswa. Objek penelitian ini adalah peningkatan hasil, langkah-langkah, dan respons siswa dalam penerapan penerapan metode connected berbantuan media pembelajaran drama Alibaba. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode tes, metode observasi, dan metode angket/kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) tercapainya ketuntasan hasil belajar bermain peran (drama) siswa berkat diterapkannya penerapan metode connected berbantuan media pembelajaran drama Alibaba, yakni pada pratindakan skor rata-rata klasikal 66, siklus I memperoleh skor rata-rata klasikal 68, sedangkan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata klasikal siswa menjadi 75, (2) terdapat beberapa langkah penerapan penerapan metode connected berbantuan media pembelajaran drama Alibaba untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bermain peran (drama). Langkah-langkah tersebut menekankan pada pembelajaran bagaimana caranya agar siswa mampu menghayati karakter masing-masing tokoh yang ada dalam drama Alibaba, baik dari segi mimik wajah, bahasa tubuh, suara, serta penjiwaan pada setiap karakter tokohnya, dan (3) siswa memberikan tanggapan sangat positif terhadap penerapan metode connected berbantuan media pembelajaran drama Alibaba. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, peneliti lain disarankan untuk menerapkan penerapan metode connected berbantuan media pembelajaran drama Alibaba, sebagai salah satu model pembelajaran yang inovatif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa, untuk mata pelajaran yang lain pada umumnya dan pada pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, pada khususnya.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims (1) to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes so as to achieve the level of mastery learning outcomes of students in role-play activities (drama) connected with the adoption of media-assisted learning drama Alibaba, (2) describe the steps taken in apply the method of application of connected media-assisted learning Alibaba drama, and (3) describe the response of students to the application of the method application connected media-assisted learning Alibaba drama. Subjects in this study were teachers and students and classes at SMP Negeri 3 VIIIA2 Sawan, amounting to 20 students. Object of this research is the improvement of results, the steps, and the response of the students in the application implementation method connected media-assisted learning Alibaba drama. Data collection methods used in this study is the method of testing, observation, and questionnaire methods / questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive techniques of quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The results of this study were (1) to achieve mastery of learning outcomes play a role (drama) students thanks to the implementation of the application of media-assisted learning methods connected Alibaba drama, on average pre-action classical score 66, the cycle I gained an average score of 68 classical, while the second cycle the average value of a classical student becomes 75, (2) there are several steps the application implementation method connected media-assisted learning Alibaba drama to enhance the ability to play a role (drama). These steps emphasis on learning how to make students able to appreciate the character of each character in the drama Alibaba, both in terms of facial expressions, body language, voice, and inspiration on every character of her subjects, and (3) students responded very positively to the application of the method connected media-assisted learning Alibaba drama. Based on these results, other researchers suggested to apply the method of application of connected media-assisted learning Alibaba drama, as one of the innovative learning model to improve the students' ability, to other subjects in general and the Indonesian lesson, in particular.
