Penggunaan Tindak Tutur Penolakan Guru dan Siswa dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di Kelas X SMA Laboratorium Undiksha

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) bentuk tindak tutur penolakan guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas X SMA Laboratorium Undiksha, (2) bentuk tindak tutur penolakan siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas X SMA Laboratorium Undiksha, (3) strategi tindak tutur penolakan guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas X SMA Laboratorium Undiksha, dan (4) strategi tindak tutur penolakan siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas X SMA Laboratorium Undiksha. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah (1) guru bahasa Indonesia kelas X SMA Laboratorium Undiksha dan (2) siswa kelas X SMA Laboratorium Undiksha. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif dengan menggunakan prosedur sebagai berikut (1) reduksi data, (2) klasifikasi atau deskripsi data, dan (3) penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) bentuk tindak tutur penolakan guru ditemukan tiga jenis, yaitu tuturan bermodus deklaratif 13 tuturan (43,33%), tuturan bermodus interogatif 5 tuturan (16,67%), tuturan bermodus imperatif 12 tuturan (40%). (2) bentuk tindak tutur penolakan siswa ditemukan tiga jenis, yaitu tuturan bermodus deklaratif 24 tuturan (80%), tuturan bermodus interogatif 2 tuturan (6,67%), tuturan bermodus imperatif 4 tuturan (13,33%). (3) strategi yang digunakan guru dalam penyampaian tindak tutur penolakan ditemukan dua jenis, yaitu startegi langsung 11 tuturan (36, 67%), dan strategi tidak langsung 19 tuturan (63,33%). (4) strategi yang digunakan siswa dalam penyampaian tindak tutur penolakan ditemukan dua jenis, yaitu strategi langsung 20 tuturan (66,67%) dan strategi tidak langsung 10 tuturan (33,34%). Penggunaan strategi penyampaian tindak tutur penolakan disesuaikan dengan bentuk tuturan yang digunakan. Kata Kunci: tindak tutur penolakan, pembelajaran, bahasa Indonesia

The aims of this study is to describe several things; 1) the form of teachers’ refusal in teaching activities in SMA Laboratorium Undiksha, 2) the form of students’ refusal in learning activities in SMA Laboratorium Undiksha, 3) teachers’ refusal strategy in Indonesian language learning activity of 10th grade students in SMA Laboratorium Undiksha, and 4) 10th grade students’ refusal strategy in Indonesian language learning activity in SMA Laboratorium Undiksha. To reach those aims, this study is designed in the form of descriptive qualitative. The subjects of the study are; 1) Indonesian language teachers of 10th grade in SMA Laboratorium Undiksha, 2) 10th grade students of SMA Laboratorium Undiksa. Data collection in this study is using observation and interview. Data analysis that used in this study is using descriptive technique, that use several procedures, namely; 1) data reduction, 2) classification or data description, and 3) conclusion. The result of the study shows that; 1) there are three forms of teachers’ refusal, such as 13 refusals in the form of declarative (43,33%), 5 refusals in the form of interrogative (16,67%), 12 refusals in the form of imperative (40%). 2) there are three forms students’ refusal, such as 24 refusals in the form of declarative (80%), 2 refusals in the form of interrogative (6,67%), 4 refusals in the form of imperative (13,33%). 3) there are 2 strategies that used by the teachers in conveying the refusal, namely 11 refusals in deductive strategy (36,67%), and 19 refusals in inductive strategy (63,33%). 4) there are 2 strategies that used by the students in conveying the refusal, such as 20 refusals in deductive strategy (66,67%), and 10 refusals in inductive strategy (33,34%). The use of refusal conveying strategy is appropriated with the form of language used. Key words: refusal learning, Indonesian language
