Penerapan Metode Pelatihan Terbimbing dengan Media Video Klip Lagu Pop untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Menulis Cerpen Siswa Kelas X.E SMA Negeri 1 Kubutambahan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan (1) langkah-langkah pembelajaran menulis cerpen yang tepat dalam menerapkan metode pelatihan terbimbing dengan media video klip lagu pop di kelas X.E SMA Negeri 1 Kubutambahan; (2) kemampuan menulis cerpen siswa dalam menerapkan metode pelatihan terbimbing dengan media video klip lagu pop di kelas X.E SMA Negeri 1 Kubutambahan; dan (3) respons siswa terhadap penerapan metode pelatihan terbimbing dengan media video klip lagu pop untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis cerpen di kelas X.E SMA Negeri 1 Kubutambahan. Penelitian ini terdiri atas dua siklus. Subjek adalah guru bahasa Indonesia dan siswa kelas X.E SMA Negeri 1 Kubutambahan yang berjumlah 35 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, tes, dan angket. Data yang diperoleh dari metode tes dan metode kuesioner dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode pelatihan terbimbing dengan media video klip lagu pop dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis cerpen siswa. Peningkatan skor rata-rata keterampilan menulis cerpen sebesar 3,36, yaitu dari rata-rata 76,25 menjadi 79,61. Respons siswa sangat positif, hal ini dapat dilihat dari 31 siswa yang mengisi kuesioner, 20 atau 64,52% siswa memberikan respons sangat positif, 11 siswa atau 34,48% memberikan respons positif, dan tidak ada siswa yang memberikan respons cukup positif, kurang positif, dan sangat kurang positif terhadap penerapan metode pelatihan terbimbing dengan media video klip lagu pop dalam pembelajaran menulis cerpen.

This study aims to describe (1) the steps of learning to write short stories appropriate to apply the method of guided training with video media clips pop songs in XE class SMA Negeri 1 Kubutambahan; (2) the ability of students to write a short story by applying the method of guided training with video media clips pop songs in XE class SMA Negeri 1 Kubutambahan; and (3) the student's response to the application of training methods guided by media video clips of pop songs to enhance the students' ability to write short stories in class SMA Negeri 1 Kubutambahan XE. This study consisted of two cycles. The subjects were teachers and students Indonesian XE class SMA Negeri 1 Kubutambahan which amounts to 35 people. Data collection method used in this research is the method of observation, tests, and questionnaires. The data obtained from the test method and the method of questionnaires were analyzed with descriptive qualitative techniques. The results showed that the application of training methods guided by media video clips of pop songs can improve students' ability to write short stories. An increase in the average score of 3.36 short story writing skills, ie an average of 76.25 into 79.61. Thus, learning can be said to be successful because students who earn a score above KKM reached 87.1%. Student response was very positive, this can be seen from the 31 students who filled out a questionnaire, 20 or 64.52% of students responded very positively, 11 students or 34.48% gave a positive response, and no student who responded positively enough, less positive, and very less positive towards the implementation of training methods guided by media video clips of pop songs in learning to write short stories.
