Penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia Masyarakat Buleleng pada Acara Suara Buleleng di Radio Singaraja FM: Tinjauan Aspek Struktur dan Diksi

Penelitian yang menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) penggunaan bahasa Indonesia masyarakat Buleleng ditinjau dari aspek struktur pada acara Suara Buleleng di radio Singaraja FM, (2) penggunaan bahasa Indonesia masyarakat Buleleng ditinjau dari aspek diksi pada acara Suara Buleleng di radio Singaraja FM. Subjek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Buleleng yang menyampaikan opini dalam acara Suara Buleleng. Objek penelitian ini adalah penggunaan bahasa Indonesia masyarakat Buleleng ditinjau dari aspek struktur dan diksi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kesalahan bidang struktur berjumlah 84 buah yang meliputi kesalahan bentukan kata berjumlah 17 buah (20%), kepaduan kalimat 24 buah (28%), keringkasan kalimat 19 buah (24%), kesatuan kalimat 15 buah (17%), dan keterpusatan kalimat 9 buah (11%) (2) sedangkan kesalahan bidang diksi berjumlah 178 buah yang meliputi penggunaan unsur bahasa sehari-hari 63 buah (35%), penggunaan kata yang tidak perlu 60 buah (34%), penggunaan ungkapan penghubung 25 buah (15%), penggunaan kata depan 22 buah (12%), penggunaan kata bersinonim 6 buah (3%), dan penggunaan idiom 2 buah (1%).Kata Kunci : acara Suara Buleleng, struktur, diksi
This study used descriptive qualitative design. It aimed at describing (1) the use of Indonesian language used by Buleleng’s society reviewed from structural aspect of Suara Buleleng interactive show aired on Radio Singaraja FM, (2) the use of Indonesian language reviewed from the dictional aspect on Suara Buleleng interactive show aired on Radio Singaraja FM. The subject of this study was Buleleng’s society who delivered opinions on Suara Buleleng. The objects of the study were the Indonesian language used by Buleleng’s society reviewed from its structure and diction. The method of data collection was documentation. The obtained data was then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The result of this study showed that (1) the errors on structure were 84 items, which consists of 17 errors on word formation (20%), 24 on sentence’s cohesion (28%), 19 on sentence’s brevity (24%), 15 on sentence’s unity (17%), and 9 on sentence’s centrality. Meanwhile, (2) the errors on diction were 178 items, which consists of 63 errors on the daily use of the language (35%), 60 on the use of unnecessary words (34%), 25 on the use of linking expression (15%), 22 on the use of preposition (12%), 6 on the use of synonymous word (3%) and 2 errors on the use of idioms (1%).
