PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN MENULIS TEKS LAPORAN HASIL OBSERVASI MELALUI MODEL JURISPRUDENSIAL BERBASIS WISATA LAPANGAN PADA SISWA KELAS X IPA 2 SMA NEGERI 3 SINGARAJA

Abstract


Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini bertujuan menentukan (1) langkah-langkah pembelajaran menulis teks laporan hasil observasi melalui model jurisprudensial berbasis wisata lapangan, (2) hasil belajar menulis teks laporan hasil observasi melalui model jurisprudensial berbasis wisata lapangan, dan (3) respons siswa terhadap pembelajaran menulis teks laporan hasil observasi melalui model jurisprudensial berbasis wisata lapangan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas X IPA 2 SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja. Objek penelitian ini adalah langkah-langkah pembelajaran model jurisprudesial berbasis wisata lapangan, peningkatan hasil belajar, dan respons siswa dalam penerapan model juriprudensial berbasis wisata lapangan. Data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan melalui metode observasi, metode tes, dan metode kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dan deksriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) langkah-langkah pembelajaran yang perlu diperhatikan yakni pada orientasi kasus, mengidentifikasi kasus, penetapan pendapat terhadap kasus, mengeksplorasi contoh-contoh, menjerneihkan dan menguji posisi, mengetes asusmi faktual (2) model jurisprudensial berbasis wisata lapangan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks laporan hasil observasi dengan peningkatan skor rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa dari prasiklus 65,00 (cukup), siklus I 76,84 (baik), dan siklus II 79,96 (baik), dan (3) respons siswa positif dengan skor rata-rata siklus I 42,53 (positif) dan siklus II 43,72 (positif). Hal ini membuktikan bahwa model jurisprudensial berbasis wisata lapangan baik digunakan dalam pembelajaran teks laporan hasil observasi. untuk itu agar guru menerapkan model ini dalam pada pembelajaran teks laporan.

This classroom action research was aimed at determining (1) the steps in the teaching of writing about observation result report texts through field tour based jurisprudential model, (2) the learning achievement in writing observation result report texts through field tour based jurisprudential model, and (3) the students’ response to the teaching of writing about observation result report texts based on field tour based jurisprudential model. The subjects were the students of Class X IPA 2 SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja. The objects were the steps of teaching based on field tour jurisprudential model. The data were collected through descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative techniques. The results showed that (1) the steps in teaching that need to be focused on are related to case orientation, case identification, establishment of opinion on the case, exploration of examples, clarifying and verifying positions, testing factual assumptions (2) field tour based jurisprudential model can improve ability in writing observation result report texts as shown by the increase in the mean score obtained by the students: 65.00 (enough) in pre-cycle to 76.84 (good) in Cycle I, and 79.96 (good) in Cycle II. The students’ responses were 42.53 (positive) in Cycle I and 43.72 (positive) in Cycle II. This has proven that field tour based jurisprudential model is good to be used in teaching observation result report texts. Therefore, the teachers are recommended to use this model in teaching report texts.
