ANALISIS KETERAMPILAN BERTANYA GURU DAN SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA DI KELAS X TAV 1 SMK NEGERI 3 SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsikan jenis pertanyaan yang digunakan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas X TAV 1, (2) mendeskripsikan keterampilan bertanya siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas X TAV 1, dan (3) mendeskripsikan hambatan bertanya yang dialami siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas X TAV 1 SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. Objek penelitian ini adalah keterampilan bertanya guru dan siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket terbuka dan perekaman. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Jenis pertanyaan yang digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas X TAV 1 adalah jenis pertanyaan permintaan, retoris, mengarahkan, pertanyaan sempit informasi langsung, dan pertanyaan sempit memusat, (2) keterampilan bertanya siswa masih rendah dibuktikan dari pertanyaan selama tiga kali pengamatan, dan (3) terdapat 6 faktor yang menghambat siswa dalam bertanya yaitu (1) malu/gugup/tidak percaya diri (2) takut ditertawai teman, (3) situasi kelas ribut, (4) mengantuk/kurang fokus, (5) kurang mengerti dengan yang harus ditanyakan, (6) takut pertanyaan tidak dijawab.Kata Kunci : bertanya, guru, hambatan, siswa,
This research examines at (1) describing the various types of questions used by teacher as foundin Indonesian learning situation at the class of X TAV 1, (2) describing the students’ questioning skill as found in Indonesian learning situation at the class of X TAV 1, and (3) describing the obstacles experienced by students in questioning as found in Indonesian learning situation in SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. The subjects of this study were both teacher and students especially those at the class of X TAV 1. The objects of this study were the questioning skill of both students and teacher as found in Indonesian learning situation. Furthermore, the techniques used for gathering the data werethrough observation, open questionnaire and recording while descriptive qualitative method was used as the technique of analyzing data . The results showed that (1) the types of questioning skills used by teacher were ranging from demanding questions, rhetorical questions, guiding questions and specific questions for either giving direct information or focusing, (2) the students’ questioning skills was still low; it was proven through the three times observations done by the researcher, and (3) there were six obstacles experienced by the students, namely (a) shyness/ nervousness/ hesitancy, (b) the fear of being mocked by other students, (c) the noisy situation of the class, (d) drowsiness/ less focus, (e) less understand about what have to be questioned, (f) the fear of having questions which were not answered.
