Konsistensi KI, KD, dan Indikator Pada Evaluasi Guru dalam Pembelajaran Eksposisi Berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 Siswa Kelas X MAN Patas.

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsikan konsistensi pokok bahasan/materi eksposisi dengan struktur eksposisi yang disampaikan selama proses pembelajaran berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 siswa kelas X MAN Patas. (2) mendeskripsikan konsistensi kompetensi inti dengan dengan kompetensi dasar dalam pembelajaran eksposisi berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 siswa kelas X MAN Patas. (3) mendeskripsikan konsisitensi kompetensi dasar dengan indikator dalam pembelajaran eksposisi berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 siswa kelas X MAN Patas. (4) mendeskripsikan konsisitensi indikator dengan tes soal pada RPP dalam pembelajaran eksposisi berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 siswa kelas X MAN Patas. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru bahasa Indonesia di kelas X MAN Patas. Objek penelitian ini adalah kompetensi inti, kompetensi dasar dan indikator pada evaluasi guru dalam pembelajaran eksposisi berdasarkan kurikulum 2013. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data dianalisis dengan langkah sebagai berikut: Identifikasi data, seleksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada beberapa hal yang menonjol terkait dengan masalah yang diangkat, yakni (1) konsistensi pokok bahasan eksposisi/materi eksposisi dengan struktur eksposisi sudah sangat sesuai dengan RPP. (2) konsisitensi kompetensi inti dengan kompetensi dasar pada evaluasi guru dalam pembelajaran dapat dikatakan belum konsisiten dan kualitas penyusunan soal sangat rendah. (3) konsisitensi kompetensi dasar dengan indikator pada evaluasi guru dalam pembelajaran eksposisi dapat dikatakan belum konsisten dan kualitas penyusunan soal sangat rendah (4) konsisitensi indikator dengan tes soal pada RPP dalam pembelajaran eksposisi belum sesuai dan kualitas penyusunan soal masih rendah. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu penyusunan evaluasi hendaknya memperhatikan isi KI, KD, dan indikator supaya tinggi kualitas evaluasi tersebut.Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Inti, Kompetensi Dasar, Indikator, Evaluasi, Pembelajaran Eksposisi, dan Kurikulum 2013.
This study aims to (1) describe the consistency of subject / matter exposition exposition with a structure made during the learning process based on curriculum 2013 students of class X MAN Patas. (2) describe the consistency of core competencies with the basic competencies in learning exposition based curriculum 2013 students of class X MAN Patas. (3) describe konsisitensi basic competencies with indicators in the exposition based learning curriculum 2013 students of class X MAN Patas. (4) describe konsisitensi indicator with test questions on the RPP in the exposition based learning curriculum 2013 students of class X MAN Patas. This study used a qualitative descriptive design. Subjects in this study is the Indonesian teachers in class X MAN Patas. The object of this research is a core competence, basic competence and indicator in evaluating teacher in the exposition based on the curriculum of 2013. The method used in this research is the method of observation, documentation and interview. This study used a qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Data were analyzed with the following steps: Identification of data, data selection, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate there are some things that stand related to the issues raised, namely (1) the consistency of the subject of the exposition / materials exposition exposition to the structure already is in accordance with the lesson plan. (2) konsisitensi core competence with basic competence in evaluation of teachers in learning can be said is not consistent and quality preparation of the matter is very low. (3) konsisitensi basic competence with the indicator on the evaluation of teacher in the exposition can be said is not consistent and quality preparation of the matter is very low (4) konsisitensi indicator with test questions on the RPP in the exposition is not appropriate learning and the quality of the preparation of matter is still low. Advice can be given that the preparation of the evaluation should pay attention to the content of KI, KD, and an indicator that the high quality of the evaluation.
