STRATEGI GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MENULIS NASKAH DRAMA SISWA KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 2 SAWAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsikan strategi guru dalam pembelajaran menulis naskah drama siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Sawan, dan (2) mendeskripsikan kendala-kendala yang dialami guru dalam pembelajaran menulis naskah drama siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Sawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Bahasa Indonesia yang mengajar di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Sawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah strategi guru dalam pembelajaran menulis naskah drama siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Sawan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, metode wawancara dan metode dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data dianalisis dengan langkah sebagai berikut: reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa hal yang menonjol terkait dengan masalah yang diangkat, yakni: (1) dalam proses belajar mengajar guru menggunakan beberapa strategi mengajar, yaitu strategi pendekatan individual, strategi pembelajaran penemuan (discovery learning), dan pendekatan bervariasi. (2) kendala yang dialami dalam pembelajaran menulis naskah drama adalah menjauhkan rasa takut siswa untuk bertanya ,membangkitkan imajinasi siswa terhadap sesuatu yang akan dijadikan naskah drama.Kata Kunci : strategi guru, menulis naskah drama.
The aims of this present study (1) to describe teacher strategy in teaching students eight grade of SMP Negeri 2 Sawan in writing script of drama, and (2) to describe problems that faced by the teacher in teaching students of the eight grade of SMP Negeri 2 Sawan in writing script of drama. This present study used qualitative descriptive design. The subject in this present study was teacher who teaching the eight grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Sawan. The object of this present study was teacher strategy in teaching of eight grade student of SMP Negeri 2 Sawan. The methode that used to collect the data were observation methode, interview methode, and documentation methode. This present study used descriptive qualitative analysis technique. The data were analyzed with several step, such as: data reduction, presentation of the data, and conclution. This study shows there were a few protruding problem related with the that rased, (1) in teaching process the teacher used several teaching learning strategy, that were individual approach strategy, discovery learning strategy, and varied approaches. (2) the student still afraid to asking to the teacher when found some problem in writing script of drama, improving students imagination about something that will used script of drama.
