Kebiasaan membaca dapat memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap keterampilan menulis cerpen peserta didik kelas VI SD Negeri 3 Dorang Jepara. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara kebiasaan membaca dengan keterampilan menulis cerpen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasi product moment. Data dikumpulkan dari angket dan tes yang diberikan di kelas VI SD Negeri 3 Dorang Jepara. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik dan diperoleh hasil positif yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara kebiasaan membaca dan keterampilan menulis cerita pendek.
