Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 1 Cipicung. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, tes <em>pretest</em> dan <em>posttest </em>berupa soal pilihan ganda, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, uji normalitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil uji t berpasangan menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara nilai <em>pretest</em> dan <em>posttest</em>, dengan rata-rata perbedaan -33.871 dan interval kepercayaan 95% antara -39.837 dan -27.905. Nilai t yang diperoleh adalah -11.595 dengan derajat kebebasan 30, dan nilai signifikansi (p-value) sebesar .000.
