A bad money management attitude will make it difficult for individuals to save and are afraid to save, it will even make them accustomed to the luxurious lifestyle that constantly occurs in everyday life. It is suspected that the importance of thrifty behavior in adolescents can reduce waste in consumption activities carried out. This research method is a library search or search by library search. In this study it was found that good financial knowledge would be able to increase the saving behavior of young people. The research was conducted on the taxpayers of the Joint Samsat Office of Buleleng Regency. The number of samples as many as 99 people using the slovin technique. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the tax collection system and service tax authorities have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. The gelis sambul service variable is also able to moderate the effect between the tax collection system and taxpayer compliance. The research method used is SLR by identifying, analyzing, based on the results of previous research obtained through google schoolar and scopus. The search process is used to obtain relevant sources to get answer research questions (RQ). The data is in the form of secondary data, The keywords in the literature search are "Corporate University, and Knowledge Management". The results showed that there was an effect of CorpU implementation on employee competence. In building CorpU, there are several stages that can be carried out starting from the preparation stage (organizational diagnosis), providing facilities and infrastructure, building collaboration to implementing CorpU. One of the important pillars in CorpU is (KM) where the important benefit of KM is that it allows knowledge assets to be stored properly and can be reused when needed. CorpU is the right solution in reducing the competency gap.
