STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN GURU FISIKA DAN RELEVANSINYA DALAM PENGEMBANGAN EFIKASI DIRI DAN PRESTASI SISWA SMA

Penelitian ini bertujuan, (1) mendeskripsikan strategi pembelajaran guru fisika, (2) mendeskripsikan efikasi diri siswa, (3) mendeskripsikan prestasi siswa, dan (4) Keterkaitan strategi pembelajaran guru fisika sebagai upaya pengembangan efikasi diri dan prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja dengan melibatkan seorang guru fisika dan siswa kelas X MIPA 7 tahun ajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 39 orang. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan kajian dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu: reduksi data, paparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verification data. Keabsahan data dilakukan melalui uji credibility, transferability, dependability, dan confirmability. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, yaitu: (1) Guru menerapkan tujuh aspek strategi pembelajaran dari sepuluh aspek strategi pembelajaran, yaitu: membuka pembelajaran, menyampaikan materi pelajaran, menggunakan sumber dan media pembelajaran, dan meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, (2) siswa mampu menampilkan sikap efikasi diri pada pembelajaran yang meliputi memiliki semangat tinggi, dapat belajar dari pengalaman, dan yakin terhadap kemampuan yang dimiliki, (3) prestasi belajar siswa masih perlu ditingkatkan karena 60,26 % siswa memeroleh nilai di bawah KKM dan ketuntasan klasikal yang diperoleh siswa sebesar 39, 74% dari standar ketuntasan klasikal yang ditentukan sebesar 85%, dan (4) strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru dapat mengembangkan efikasi diri siswa, namun belum dapat mengembakan prestasi belajar fisika secara maksimal.Kata Kunci : strategi pembelajaran, efikasi diri, dan prestasi belajar.
This study aimed at (1) describing the learning strategy of the physics teacher , (2) describing the students' self efficacy, (3) describing the student’s learning achievement, and (4) describing the linkage of learning strategy of the physics teacher as an effort to develop self efficacy and student's learning achievement. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja involving a physics teacher and 39 students of class X MIPA 7 in academic year. The design of this research was a qualitative research. Data collection of this research were collected by using observation, interview, and document review. Data were analysed through three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or data verification. The validity of data was determained through a credibility, transferbility, dependability, and confirmability. The results of this research indicates that (1) the teacher applied seven aspects of learning strategy from ten aspects of learning strategy, such as opening lesson, giving lesson materials, using learning resources and media, and increasing student participation, (2) the students are able to show self efficacy attitude in learning which includes to have high morale, to be able to learn from experience, and to be confident of the ability, (3) Student learning achievement still needs to be improved because 60. 26% of student get the value below KKM and classical completeness obtained by student which is equal to 39. 74% from classical completion standard determined which is equal to 85%, (4) the learning strategy used by teacher has been able to develop Self efficacy of students, but not able to explain physics learning achievement maximally.
