HUBUNGAN ANTARA SIKAP, KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL, DAN KONSEP DIRI DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mendeskripsikan hubungan sikap dengan prestasi belajar, 2) mendeskripsikan hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar, 3) mendeskripsikan hubungan antara konsep diri dengan prestasi belajar, 4) mendeskripsikan hubungansikap dan kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar, 5) mendeskripsikan hubungan sikap dan konsep diri dengan prestasi belajar, 6) mendeskripsikan hubungan kecerdasan emosional dan konsep diri dengan prestasi belajar, dan 7) mendeskripsikan hubugan antara sikap, kecerdasan emosional, dan konsep diri dengan prestasi belajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Laboratorium UNDIKSHA Singaraja adalah 165 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 116 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1) terdapat hubungan antara sikap dengan prestasi belajar (F=10,927, p<0,05), 2) terdapat hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar (F=28,882, p<0,05), 3) terdapat hubungan antara konsep diri dengan prestasi belajar (F=7,668, p<0,05), 4) terdapat hubungan antara sikap dan kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar (F=14,4885, p<0,05), 5) terdapat hubungan antara sikap dan konsep diri dengan prestasi belajar (F=6,926, p<0,05), 6) terdapat hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan konsep diri dengan prestasi belajar (F=18,343, p<0,05), dan 7 terdapat hubugan antara sikap, kecerdasan emosional, dan konsep diri dengan prestasi belajar (F=12,122, p<0,05).

This research aimed at: 1) describing the relationship between attitudes and academic achievement, 2) describing the relationship between emotional intelligence and academic achievement, 3) describing the relationship between self-concept and academic achievement, 4) describing the relationship between attitudes and emotional intelligence and academic achievement, 5) describing the relationship between attitudes and self-concept and academic achievement, 6) describing the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-concept and academic achievement, and 7) describing the relationship among attitudes, emotional intelligence, and self-concept with the academic achievement. The type of this research was correlation study (ex-post facto), the population of this research was 165 students of SMA Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja, and the sample of this study which was taken by using proportional random sampling technic was 116 students. The results of this study shows that: 1) there is a relationship between attitudes with the academic achievement (F=10.927, p<0.05), 2) there is a relationship between emotional intelligence with the academic achievement (F=28.882, p<0.05), 3) there is a relationship between self-concept with the academic achievement (F=7.668, p<0,05), 4) there is the relationship between attitudes with the emotional intelligence to academic achievement (F=14.4885, p<0.05), 5) there is the relationship between attitudes and self-concept to academic achievement (F=6.926, p<0.05), 6) there is the relationship between emotional intelligence and self- concept with the academic achievement (F=18.343, p<0.05), 7) there is a relationship between attitudes, emotional intelligence, and self-concept with the academic achievement (F=12.122, p<0.05).
