TINDAK PEMBELAJARAN GURU FISIKA DALAM IMPLEMENTASI STANDAR PROSES KURIKULUM 2013

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mendeskripsikan pemahan guru tentang Standar Proses Kurikulum 2013, (2) mendeskripsikan tindak guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis Standar Proses Kurikulum 2013, (3) mendeskripsikan tindak guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis Standar Proses Kurikulum 2013, (4) mendeskripsikan tindak guru dalam evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis Standar Proses Kurikulum 2013, dan (5) mendeskripsikan permasalahan dan kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam implementasi Standar Proses Kurikulum 2013, serta solusi yang telah dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama empat bulan pada semester genap Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah dua orang guru fisika yang mengajar di kelas XI MIA SMAN 1 Singaraja. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara semiterstruktur, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan secara periodik dengan menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan temuan-temuan sebagai berikut. (1) Guru memahami bagian-bagian Standar Proses Kurikulum 2013 dari workshop kurikulum dan teks Permendikbud Nomor 81A Tahun 2013. (2) Perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru telah sesuai dengan Standar Proses Kurikulum 2013. (3) Sebagian besar permasalahan dan kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam penerapan Standar Proses Kurikulum 2013 disebabkan karena ketidaksesuaian antara banyaknya tugas guru dengan alokasi waktu pembelajaran yang tersedia.

This research aimed at: (1) describing the understanding of the teachers towards the Standard Process of Curriculum 2013, (2) describing the teachers’ teaching actions in the Standard Process of Curriculum 2013 based teaching planning, (3) describing the teachers’ teaching actions in the Standard Process of Curriculum 2013 based teaching process, (4) describing the teachers’ teaching actions in the Standard Process of Curriculum 2013 based learning evaluation, and (5) describing the teachers’ problems and difficulties in the implementation of Standard Process of Curriculum 2013. This research was conducted over four months in the second semester of the Academic Year 2014/2015. Qualitative case study method was used. The subjects of this research were two physics teachers who taught in the grade XI science class of SMAN 1 Singaraja. The data were collected by participative observation, semi-structured interview, and document study. The interactive analysis model of Miles & Huberman was applied to analyze the data. The results reveal that: (1) the teachers understand all parts of Standard Process of Curriculum 2013 from the curriculum workshops and the soft copy of Permendikbud Nomor 81A Tahun 2013; (2) the teaching plan, the teaching process, and the learning evaluation delivered by the teachers are mostly in accordance with the Standard Process of Curriculum 2013; and (3) the teachers’ problems and difficulties in the implementation of Standard Process of Curriculum 2013 are mostly caused by the mismatch between the demands of Standard Process of Curriculum 2013 and the time allocation provided.
