STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN GURU FISIKA: UPAYA PENGEMBANGAN EFIKASI DIRI DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pembelajaran guru fisika upaya pengembangan efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar siswa. Strategi pembelajaran guru yang diamati meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian yang dilakukan oleh guru fisika di SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif (deskriptif analitik). Data yang dipaparkan berupa deskripsi nyata temuan peneliti terhadap strategi pembelajaran guru fisika di SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. Jumlah guru fisika yang menjadi sumber data sebanyak 1 orang dan jumlah siswa yang menjadi sumber data sebanyak 1 kelas yang berjumlah 40 orang. Data diambil melalui proses observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, triangulasi, serta kajian dokumen-dokumen yang terkait dengan permasalahan penelitian. Analisis dilakukan selama dan setelah pengumpulan data dengan alur kerja reduksi, paparan, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan guru di kelas X MIA 8 SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar, meliputi perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan penilaian pembelajaran. (2) Efikasi diri siswa dalam pembelajaran fisika dikatagorikan tinggi. (3) Motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran fisika dikatagorikan tinggi. (4) Strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan guru telah mampu memunculkan indikator-indikator dalam upaya pengembangan efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar siswa.Kata Kunci : strategi pembelajaran, efikasi diri, motivasi belajar
This study aimed at describing physics teacher learning strategy, effort of self-efficacy development and students’ motivation. Learning strategy observed included planning, implementation, and assessment conducted by a physics teacher at SMAN 7 Denpasar. This research was a qualitative study (analytic descriptive). Data were presented in the form of a real description on learning strategies physics teacher at SMAN 7 Denpasar. The number of physics teachers observed was one person and the number of students observed was 1 class which consisted of 40 students. Data were gained through the process of observation, interviews, questionnaires, triangulation, as well as assessment documents related to research problems. The analysis was conducted during and after the data collection that included the process of reduction, exposure, and verification of data. The results of this study were as follows. (1) The learning strategy used by teachers in class X MIA 8 SMAN 7 Denpasar was done by planning, implementation, and assessment of learning. (2) Self-efficacy of students in physics learning is categorized to be high. (3) The students' motivation in physics learning is categorized to be high. (4) The learning strategy implemented by the teacher has been able to bring out the indicators in the development of self-efficacy and students’ motivation.
