Asesmen Provinsi DKI Jakarta sebagai Green City dengan Spatial Multi-Criteria Analysis (SMCA)

Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya tekanan urbanisasi di DKI Jakarta yang menyebabkan berkurangnya ruang terbuka hijau dan meningkatnya polusi udara, sehingga memperburuk kualitas lingkungan perkotaan. Masalah ini menghambat upaya menjadikan Jakarta sebagai green city, yang memerlukan keseimbangan antara pembangunan dan pelestarian lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian Jakarta sebagai green city berdasarkan kriteria lingkungan perkotaan dengan pendekatan Spatial Multi-Criteria Analysis (SMCA). Dengan menggunakan data spasial seperti kawasan hijau eksisting, area sawah, Ruang Terbuka Hijau, dan jalur sepeda, serta citra satelit Landsat 8, dilakukan rasterisasi data dan pembobotan kriteria untuk menghasilkan model SMCA. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar wilayah Jakarta memiliki nilai kesesuaian yang baik untuk green city, meskipun intensitas kehijauan yang terukur dengan NDVI cenderung rendah. Korelasi positif antara kesesuaian dan NDVI menunjukkan bahwa wilayah dengan nilai kesesuaian tinggi cenderung memiliki vegetasi yang lebih hijau. Identifikasi tiga wilayah dengan nilai kesesuaian tertinggi memberikan panduan bagi pengambil keputusan dalam pengembangan ruang terbuka hijau yang lebih optimal.
