MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE SQ4R BERBASIS KETERAMPILAN PROSES BERPENGARUH TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS V SD GUGUS LETKOL WISNU

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran kooperatif tipe SQ4R berbasis keterampilan proses dengan yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional siswa kelas V SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu Denpasar Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian yaitu non equivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu Denpasar Utara. Pengambilan sampel dalam populasi dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD No. 1 Peguyangan sebagai kelompok eksperimen yang berjumlah 40 siswa, dan siswa kelas V SD No. 12 Peguyangan sebagai kelompok kontrol yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Data hasil belajar IPA dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode tes yaitu tes objektif dengan bentuk pilihan ganda biasa. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik yaitu uji-t. Hasil analisis menunjukkan thit = 4,21 sedangkan ttab pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan dk = 73 sebesar 2,000, sehingga thit > ttab. Analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Hal ini berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran kooperatif tipe SQ4R berbasis keterampilan proses dengan yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe SQ4R berbasis keterampilan proses berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu Denpasar Utara.Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe SQ4R, keterampilan proses, dan hasil belajar IPA
This study aims to find out of significant deferences of the learning result of natural science between the student who was learned through cooperative teaching and learning model of type SQ4R based on process skill with the student who was learned with conventional teaching and learning at the student grade V SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu North Denpasar. This study was quasy experiment research with nonequivalent control group design. Population in this study were all the student grade V SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu North Denpasar. Sample taken in population have been taken by random sampling technique. Sample in this study were the students grade V of SD No.1 Peguyangan as experiment group by number of 40 students, and the student grade V of SD No.12 Peguyangan as control group by number of 35 students. Data of natural science learning result was collected by test method that were objective test with multichoice. Then data analyzed with t-test. The result of analysis showed tcalculate= 4,21 and ttable at significancy level of 5% with df=73 is 2,00, so that tcalculate> ttable. This analysis showed that Ha accepted and Ho rejected. It is have meaning there is significant difference of natural science learning result between the student who was learning through cooperative teaching and learning model of type SQ4R based on skill process with the student who was learning with conventional learning. Thus it can be concluded that cooperative teaching and learning model of type SQ4R based on process skill have effect toward natural science learning result at the student grade V of SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu North Denpasar.
