PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TSTS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEAKTIFAN DAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR TINGKAT RENDAH IPA KELAS V

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan kemampuan berpikir tingkat rendah pada pembelajaran IPA siswa kelas V SDN 1 Keliki. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Tiap Siklus terdiri dari rencana tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan observasi/evaluasi, dan refleksi. Data dianalisis untuk menentukan mean dan persentase mean. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keaktifan dan kemampuan berpikir tingkat rendah dari siklus I ke siklus II. Pada siklus I pertemuan I, keaktifan siswa sebesar 57,50% dan pada pertemuan II sebesar 68,16% pada katagori sedang. Kemudian pada siklus II pertemuan I, keaktifan siswa sebesar 73,41% dan pertemuan II sebesar 84,83% pada katagori baik. Berikutnya, hasil analisis data kemampuan berpikir tingkat rendah siswa pada siklus I sebesar 66,30% pada katagori sedang dan pada siklus II mencapai 85,00% pada katagori baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keaktifan dan kemampuan berpikir tingkat rendah siswa kelas V SDN 1 Keliki, Kecamatan Tegallalang, Kabupaten Gianyar tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 meningkat melalui penerapan model pembelajaran two stay two stray.

The aims of the study were to enhance the liveliness and lower order thinking skills in the learning sciences of students grade V SDN 1 Keliki. This study is classroom action research that implemented in two cycles. Each cycle consist of action plan, implementation of observation/evaluation, and reflection. The data were analyzed to determine the mean and the percentage of mean. The analysis results of the data indicates enhancement of liveliness and lower order thinking skills from the first (I) to second (II) cycles. In the first cycle, the liveliness of the students was 57.50% in the first meeting (I) and 68.16% in the second meeting (II) on medium category. From the second cycle, the liveliness of the students was 73.41% in the first meeting and 84.83% in the second meeting on high category. The analysis results of the lower order thinking skills data of students in the first cycle was 66.30% on medium category and in the second cycle was 85.00% on high category. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that the liveliness and the lower order thinking skills of the students grade V SDN 1 Keliki, Tegallalang District, Gianyar Regency on the lesson year of 2015/2016 were increased through the implementation of two stay two stray learning model.
