PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN AKSELERASI (ACCELERATED LEARNING) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS V DI SD N 8 BANYUNING

Abstract

Di era globalisasi ini sangat diperlukan suatu pembelajaran yang dapat menarik minat siswa untuk belajar. Accelerated Learning merupakan model pembelajaran yang lebih maju dari model yang digunakan saat ini. Maka dari itu diterapkanlah model Akselerasi (Accelerated Learning) tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD Negeri 8 Banyuning Kecamatan Buleleng sesudah diterapkan model pembelajaran Akselerasi (Accelerated Learning). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 8 Banyuning Kecamatan Buleleng tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 yang total jumlahnya 27 orang. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan mengunakan metode tes untuk mengetahui hasil belajar. Bentuk tes yang digunakan adalah obyektif sebanyak 20 soal. Data dianalisis untuk menentukan mean dan presentase mean. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 8 Banyuning tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Akselerasi (Accelerated Learning). Setelah perlakuan, persentase rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I yaitu 72,41% berada pada kategori “Sedang”, kemudian meningkat menjadi 81,48% kategori “Tinggi” pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, persentase hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I hingga siklus II menjunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 9,07%.

In the era of globalization it is necessary a lesson that can attract students to learn. Accelerated Learning is a learning model that is more advanced than the models used today. Therefore the model Acceleration (Accelerated Learning) is applied. The purpose of this study was to determine learning outcomes fifth grade science students of SD Negeri 8 Banyuning District of Buleleng after learning model applied Acceleration (Accelerated Learning). This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The subjects were fifth grade students at SD Negeri 8 Banyuning District of Buleleng in the academic year 2015/2016 the total number of 27 people. The data in this study were collected by using the test method to determine learning outcomes. The test form used is an objective of 20 questions. Data were analyzed to determine the mean and the mean percentage. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that an increase learning outcomes fifth grade science students at SD Negeri 8 Banyuning the academic year 2015/2016 through the implementation of accelerated learning model (Accelerated Learning). After treatment, the average percentage of student learning outcomes in the first cycle that 72.41% is in the category "Medium", and then increased to 81.48% of the category "High" in the second cycle. Thus, the percentage of student learning outcomes from the first cycle to the second cycle resulted in an increase of 9.07%.
