PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN THINK TALK WRITE BERBANTUAN JOB SHEET TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR HOUSEKEEPING SISWA KELAS XI AKOMODASI PERHOTELAN (EKSPERIMEN DI SMKN 1 SUKASADA)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW) berbantuan Job Sheet pada mata pelajaran Housekeeping di SMKN 1 Sukasada. Dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belaja etrdapat tiga ranah yang akan dinilai yaitu ranah Kognitif, Afektf, dan Psikomotor. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Siswa kelas XI Akomodasi Perhotelan SMKN 1 Sukasada, sementara sampel penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Siswa Kelas XI AP.2 SMKN 1 Suksada. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu mengukur hasil belajar siswa pada ranah kognitif dengan menggunakan tes pilihan ganda, ranah afektif dengan menggunakan penilaian sikap, dan pada ranah psikomotor mengunakan penilaian praktek. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, pada semester ganjil presentase Ketuntasan Klasikal sejumlah 55,88 %sedangkan pada rekapitulasi hasil belajar siswa semester genap presentase Ketuntasan Klasikal yaitu sejumlah 82,35 %. Terjadi peningkatan sebanyak 26,47 %dari hasil presentase yang diperoleh. Hal ini menandai adanya pengaruh dengan diterapkannya Model Pembelajaran TTW (Think –Talk- Write) Berbantuan Job Sheet dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Akomodasi Perhotelan khususnya

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by applying the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model assisted by Job Sheet on Housekeeping subjects at Vocational High School specially at SMKN 1 Sukasada. In an effort to improve learning outcomes there are three domains that will be assessed, namely the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. The population in this study is Class XI Accommodation Hospitality Students at SMKN 1 Sukasada, while the research sample used is Class XI AP.2 Students of SMKN 1 Suksada. The method of data collection in this study is to measure student learning outcomes in the cognitive domain by using multiple choice tests, affective domains using attitude assessment, and in the psychomotor domain using practical assessment. The results of the study were obtained, in the odd semester the classical completeness percentage was 55.88% while the recapitulation of the even semester students' learning outcomes in the classical completeness percentage was 82.35%. An increase of 26.47% from the percentage results obtained. This marks the influence of the implementation of the TTW Learning Model (Think-Talk-Write) Assisted by Job Sheet in an effort to improve the learning outcomes of class XI Hospitality Accommodation in particular
