PENGARUH PELATIHAN I CAN PASS DAN PASSING SASARAN TERHADAP KETEPATAN PASSING BAWAH PADA SISWA EKSTRAKURIKULER BOLA VOLI SMP NEGERI 2 SINGARAJA

Penelitian bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh metode latihan i can pass dan passing sasaran terhadap peningkatan ketepatan passing bawah pada peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli Smp Negeri 2 singaraja 2019. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian the modified pre-test poest-test group design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun 2019 sebanyak 40 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, (1) latihan i can pass berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan passing bawah bola voli, dengan hasil t hitung 15,42 > t tabel 2,03. t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel sehingga hasilnya signifikan, (2) latihan passing sasaran berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan passing bawah bola voli, dengan hasil thitung -14,32 > t tabel 2,02. Berarti t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel sehingga hasilnya signifikan, dan (3) tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan I can pass dan passing sasaran terhadap passing bawah bola voli dengan hasil t hitung 0.925< t tabel 2,11 Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) latihan i can pass meningkatkan ketepatan passing bawah bola voli pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja Tahun 2019 (2) latihan passing sasaran berpengaruh meningkatkan ketepatan passing bawah bola voli pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun 2019 dan (3) Tidak ada perbedaan antara latihan i can pass dengan passing sasaran pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun 2019.Kata Kunci : i can pass, latihan passing sasaran , ketepatan passing bawah bola voli.
The aim of this study was to prove the effect of i can pass and target passing training methods on improving the accuracy of lower passing on participants in Smp Negeri 2 singaraja volleyball extracurricular 2019. The research method was a quasi-experimental study with the modified pre-test poest-test group design. The research subjects were 40 students who participated in volleyball extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in 2019. Based on the results of data analysis, (1) i can pass exercises have an effect on the accuracy of under-passing volleyball, with the results of t count 15.42> t table 2.03. t count is greater than t table so the results are significant, (2) passing target training has an effect on the accuracy of under-passing volleyball, with the results of t -14.32> t table 2.02. It means that the t count is greater than t table so the results are significant, and (3) there is no significant difference in effect between I can pass training and target passing on volleyball under-passing with the results of t count 0.925 keyword : i can pass, practice target passing, accuracy
