PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA NON FISIK TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR CAMAT SUKASADA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan baik secara bersama-sama maupun parsial tentang pengaru beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Sukasada. Desain penelitian ini adalah desain penelitiankuantitatif kausal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi dengan jumlah populasi 45 pegawai. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 71,40%, (2) beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap lingkungan kerja non fisik sebesar 46,40%,(3) beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai 49,90%, (4) lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 43,30% pada Kantor Camat Sukasada.

This study aims to obtain both partial and partial findings on the proven performance of workload and non-physical work environment on employee performance. The study is quantitative causal. Subjects in this study are all permanent employees Office of Sukasada Head Office.This study is a population study with 45 employees. Data were collected by using questionnaire technique, then analyzed by path analysis.The results of this study indicate that (1) work load and non-physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with contribution 71,40%, (2) workload has positive and significant effect to non physical work environment with contribution46,40%, (3) workload has positive and significant effect to employee performance with contribution 49,90%, (4) non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with contribution 43,30% at Sukasada Head Office.
