Pengaruh Profitabilitas dan Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Nilai Perusahaan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas dan pengungkapan corporate social responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan. Subjek penelitian adalah perusahaan sub sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor property dan real estate yang berjumlah 10 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan profitabilitas dan nilai pengugkapan corporate social responsibility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan pengungkapan coporate social responsibility berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

This research aimed at determining the impact of profitability and corporate social responsibility disclosure to the firm value. The subject of this research is property and real estate sub-sector companies registered in BEI. The data were analyzed by regression analysis. The sample of this research amounted to 10 companies. The design of this research was causal quantitative. The results show profitability and corporate social responsibility disclosure have a positive effect toward firm value, profitability have a positive effect toward firm value, and corporate social responsibility disclosure have a positive effect toward firm value.
