Kontribusi Strategis Fakultas Keolahragaan Untuk Mendorong Sepakbola Wanita Menjadi Gaya Hidup di Kota Surakarta

Bagi wanita, olahraga sepakbola adalah olahraga yang menguji fisik dan psikologis selama kompetisi karena perubahan penerapan tindakan taktik menyerang dan bertahan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengedukasi peraturan permainan sepakbola wanita agar wanita dapat bertanding dengan baik dan terhindar dari pelanggaran. Sosialisasi dan kompetisi dilakukan sebagai metode pengabdian. 50 pemain sepakbola dari klub Putri Surakarta berpartisipasi sebagai mitra pengabdian ini. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menguji pengetahuan mitra terkait peraturan permainan sepakbola. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket pernyataan dengan 40 pernyataan terkait peraturan permainan sepakbola wanita. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebelum diberikan materi tentang peraturan permainan sepakbola, mitra hanya mampu menjawab benar sebanyak 48.10 % sedangkan 51.90 % menjawab pertanyaan dengan salah. Setelah diberikan materi, pengetahuan mitra mengalami peningkatan sebesar 23 % sehingga 71.10 % telah menjawab dengan jawaban benar dan hanya 28.90 % yang masih menjawab salah. Kesimpulan pengabdian ini adalah pengetahuan mitra pengabdian tentang peraturan permainan sepakbola telah mengalami peningkatan
