PELATIHAN TES DAN PENGUKURAN KONDISI FISIK PADA PELATIH KOTA SURAKARTA MENUJU PORPROV TAHUN 2023

Pemantauan kondisi fisik pada atlet penting untuk meningkatkan performa fisik, mengembangan program pelatihan dan pencegahan cedera. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan kepada pelatih mengenai tes dan pengukuran kondisi fisik sehingga pelatih dapat melakukan penilaian terhadap performa kondisi fisik atlet porprov kota Surakarta. Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan sosialisasi, pendampingan, serta praktik tes dan pengukuran kondisi fisik. Mitra pengabdian adalah pelatih KONI Surakarta dari 35 cabang olahraga, berjumlah 35 pelatih. Evaluasi dilakukan pada pengetahuan dan kompetensi praktik pelatih dalam melaksanakan tes dan pengukuran kondisi fisik. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan sebelum edukasi level importance terkait tes dan pengukuran kondisi fisik hanya 39.21% dan domain yang dimiliki pelatih sebesar 39.47%. Setelah edukasi, level importance dan domain mengalami peningkatan (60.79% level importance, 60.53% domain), serta kompetensi pelatih dalam praktik berada dalam kategori average. Kesimpulan pengabdian ini adalah pelatih kota Surakarta memiliki pengetahuan dan kompetensi dalam melaksanakan tes dan pengukuran kondisi fisik atlet porprov kota Surakarta.
