Jenis penelitian digunakan yaitu penelitian pengembangan dengan model Borg <em>and</em> Gall. Subek yang terlibat dalam penelitian yakni ahli isi pembelajaran, ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli media pembelajaran, uji coba perorangan, uji coba kelompok kecil, dan 35 orang siswa kelas V. Pengumpulam data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran angket/kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ada tiga yaitu analisis data deskriptif kualitatif, kuantitatif, dan stastistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian yaitu validator ahli rancang bangun sebesar 93,18%, validator ahli isi materi memperoleh 95,83%, validator ahli desain instruksional memperoleh 93,18%, validator ahli media pembelajaran memperoleh 92,50%, uji coba perorangan memperoleh 99%, dan uji coba kelompok kecil memperoleh 97,5% yang bearti buku ensiklopedia berbasis <em>AR </em>sangat layak digunakan. This research is included in the type of development research using the ADDIE model as a guide in the development process. The methods used in collecting data in this study were questionnaires and tests. The results of the study (1) the process of developing instructional motion graphic animation video media includes five stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. (2) The results of the validation test conducted by experts consisted of 1 learning content expert, 1 learning design expert, and 1 learning media expert as well as product trial subjects consisting of 3 students for individual trials and 6 students for small group trials. The results of the validity test of the learning motion graphic animation video media were declared valid based on: (a) The results of the review of learning content experts with good qualifications (75%). (b) The results of the review of learning design experts with very good qualifications (90%). (c) The results of the review of learning media experts with very good qualifications (92.85%). (d) Individual trial results with very good qualifications (91.36%). (e) and the results of the small group trials with very good qualifications (91.76%). Availability and utilisation of ICT devices in the teaching and learning arena are said to be among the major determinants of teaching and learning effectiveness at all levels of education. Islamic Studies is one of the courses offered in colleges of education in Nigeria that can be taught using ICT. Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence of ICT on teaching Islamic studies in colleges of education in North Central, Nigeria. Three purposes of study and research questions were formulated in this study. Descriptive survey research was adopted in this study. The population of this study was all Islamic Studies lecturers in all colleges of education in Kwara State and a purposive sampling technique was used to sample the respondents in this study. An adapted questionnaire titled Usability of ICT in the Teaching of Islamic Studies was used. &nbsp;A research question was raised and answered in the study. Mean and Standard Deviation were the statistical tools adopted in the study and it was revealed in the study that the usability of ICT tools in teaching Islamic Studies in colleges of education in Kwara State was moderate. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Multimedia Interaktif berbasis <em>Problem Based Learning </em>yang efektif digunakan khususnya muatan pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia materi Ide Pokok Paragraf kelas IV SD. (1) Berdasarkan rancang bangun, penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (<em>Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation</em>). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data digunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini adalah produk Multimedia Interaktif berbasis <em>Problem Based Learning </em>dengan kualitas produk sangat baik dan baik serta efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. (2) Berdasarkan hasil penilaian menurut ahli isi/materi pelajaran memperoleh skor 97,90% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, ahli desain instruksional memperoleh skor 97,70% dengan kualifikasi baik, ahli media pembelajaran memperoleh skor 93,70% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, uji coba perorangan pada 3 siswa memperoleh skor 97,50% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, dan uji kelompok kecil pada 9 orang siswa memperoleh skor 92,20% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik sehingga produk yang dikembangkan dengan kualitas sangat baik. (3) Berdasarkan uji efektivitas menggunakan 28 siswa memperoleh t<sub>hitung</sub> = 19,70 untuk ttabel = 1,67 dan taraf signifikan 5% = 1,67. Hal ini berarti t<sub>hitung</sub> &gt; t<sub>tabel</sub>, sehingga H_0 ditolak dan H_1 diterima yang artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran. This research aims to analyze the representation of Chechen ethnicity in the 1996 Russian war. Drama film titled Кавказский Пленник (Kavkazkij Plenik) ‘Prisoner of the Mountains’. In this research, what will be analyzed is how a film represents an ethnicity and its culture that at that time was fighting against Russia, which is shown in the scenes in the film. This study will use the Cinema Study method to find out the main ideas of the film through plot, background, and characters, as well as cinematography through visualization and dialogue. The theory used is the theory of representation. To analyze the film, it will be divided into several parts to show the storyline of the film. In the year it was released, in Russia, a war known as the First Chechen War between the Russian Federal Government and the Chechen Separatists still occur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-LKPD interaktif berbasis model <em>example non example</em> pada muatan pelajaran IPAS materi norma dalam adat istiadat daerahku kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini tergolong kedalam jenis penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yakni ahli materi pembelajaran, ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli media pembelajaran, ahli bahasa, serta 37 siswa kelas IV SD. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, kuesioner, dan tes objektif tipe pilihan ganda. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis statistik inferensial (uji-t). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ahli materi pembelajaran memperoleh hasil 90% (sangat baik), ahli desain pembelajaran 97,50% (sangat baik), ahli media pembelajaran 95% (sangat baik), ahli bahasa 97,50% (sangat baik), uji peorangan 94,17% (sangat baik), dan uji kelompok kecil 93,67% (sangat baik), serta hasil uji efektivitas produk menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan setelah menerapkan E-LKPD interaktif berbasis model <em>example non example</em>. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan media yang dapat mengkonkretkan materi yang bersifat abstrak serta mampu mengatasi permasalahan yang dialami siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan komik digital Matematika bermuatan multimedia berbasis kontekstual. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Subjek Penelitian ini meliputi 31 siswa kelas IV SD. Hasil uji ahli materi memperoleh skor sebesar 90,38%, uji ahli desain instruksional sebesar 92,85%, uji ahli desain media pembelajaran sebesar 90,78%, uji coba perorangan sebesar 93,18%, uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 93,44%, dan uji coba kelompok besar sebesar 92,04% yang keseluruhan persentase skornya dikualifikasikan sangat baik. Hasil uji efektivitas mendapatkan nilai &nbsp;sebesar 7,574. The study examines the impact of financial support in fueling the business expansion of small enterprises in Ilorin. A descriptive survey research design was adopted, Taro Yamane Coefficient of variation formula was used to determine the sample size of the study out of the population of 520 small business enterprises and questionnaires were administered to the entire 226 sample size through personal delivery while the quantitative technique which involves the use of descriptive and inferential statistics methods were adopted for data analysis. the study highlights the positive impact of financial support on various aspects of business expansion. The findings indicate that financial support enables small enterprises to invest in marketing and advertising activities, upgrade their facilities and equipment, and expand their product or service offerings. In conclusion, financial support has had a significant impact on fueling business expansion for small enterprises in Ilorin. It has enabled these businesses to overcome financial barriers, develop innovative ideas, improve competitiveness, and empower underrepresented groups. Within the framework of Nestle Nigeria Plc, the effect of ERP on business performance stands as a subject of noteworthy relevance and interest. As enterprises persist in adopting digital transformation, comprehending the ramifications of ERP on business performance assumes paramount importance in remaining competitive within the ever-changing market terrain. This study seeks to analyze the influence of enterprise resource planning on business performance in Nestle Nigeria PLC. Two research questions and two null hypotheses were generated. The study adopted descriptive research of a survey type. The population for this study comprised the ERP software used in Nestle Nigeria Plc. A simple random sampling technique was employed in the selection of ERP users according to their backgrounds, positions and experience. Questionnaires were used to elicit data on ERP usage from the respondents. Bivariate regression analysis and Analysis of Variance were used to test the hypotheses at a 0.05 level of significance. Findings revealed that influence of ERP has no significant influence on the sales performance of Nestle Nigeria Plc. Also, ERP has a significant influence on the organizational performance of Nestle Nigeria PLC. Aktivitas pembelajaran monoton dan kurang menarik karena model pembelajaran dan media pembelajaran kurang bervariasi sehingga belum mengacu pada karakteristik kurikulum merdeka yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran <em>SSCS </em>berbantuan media Kartu Bergambar terhadap kompetensi pengetahuan IPAS siswa kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian semu (<em>quasi experiment</em>) dengan rancangan <em>non-equivalent control group design</em>. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IV sebanyak 212 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik <em>cluster random sampling</em> dan diperoleh sampel kelompok eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 31 orang dan kelompok kontrol dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 28 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tes objektif pilihan ganda dengan empat pilihan jawaban (a, b, c, d). Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan teknik analisis statistik inferensial uji Anakova (analisis kovarian). Hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa skor rata-rata <em>post-test</em> kompetensi pengetahuan IPAS siswa kelompok eksperimen yaitu 82% berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan rata-rata <em>post-test</em> kompetensi pengetahuan IPAS siswa kelompok kontrol yaitu 62,1% berada pada kategori rendah. Hasil analisis uji Anakova diperoleh F<sub>hitung </sub>(20,064) lebih besar daripada F<sub>tabel </sub>(4,010) pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan dk = 56. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa H<sub>1 </sub>diterima. The higher the company value causes the company to have a superior image and the value of the resources claimed by the company can be an impression of the company's value. But in society, there are phenomena and tendencies of individual behavior in choosing to invest. This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance, CEO tenure, and company financial performance on firm value. This type of research is quantitative research. This study uses secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are transportation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020, totaling 8 companies. The sampling technique uses a side purposive technique. The dependent variable in this study is firm value as measured by Tobins'q. The independent variables in this study are good corporate governance which is proxied by the audit committee, company secretary, and remuneration committee, CEO tenure, and the company's financial performance which is proxied by ROA. The results of this study indicate that (1) the corporate secretary affects firm value; (2) the audit committee affects firm value; (3) the remuneration committee has an effect on firm value; (4) CEO tenure has an influence on firm value; and (5) ROA affects company value in various industrial sub-sectors listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. Hambatan dalam penyusunannya diantaranya malas, tidak yakin dengan kemampuan, tidak memiliki motivasi sehingga mahasiswa mengalami <em>academic burnout. </em>Dampak <em>academic burnout</em> menyebabkan skripsi tidak terselesaikan tepat waktu. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah dukungan sosial. Permasalahan penelitian ini adakah hubungan dukungan sosial dengan <em>academic burnout</em> pada mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan tugas akhir. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menentukan hubungan dukungan sosial dengan <em>academic burnout</em> pada mahasiswa Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana yang sedang mengerjakan tugas akhir. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Penelitian di mulai tanggal 7 Mei sampai 7 Juni 2023. Populasi penelitian ini mahasiswa di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana yang sedang dalam tahap proses pengerjaan skripsi dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang yang diambil dengan teknik <em>convinience sampling. </em>Instrumen variabel <em>Academic burnout</em> diukur menggunakan skala SBI dan dukungan sosial diukur dengan menggunakan skala MSPSS. Data di analisis menggunakan uji spearman rho yang dioleh dengan&nbsp; program SPSS. Hasil pengujian hubungan dukungan sosial dengan <em>academic burnout</em> menggunakan uji <em>Rank Spearman</em> diperoleh koefisien korelasi (r<sub>s</sub>) sebesar -0,742 dan nilai <em>sign</em> sebesar 0,000 &lt; 0,05 (α) yang berarti terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan dukungan sosial dengan <em>academic burnout</em> pada mahasiswa Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana yang sedang mengerjakan tugas akhir.</p> 2024-02-17T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Christina Primer Diningtyas Yosalia, Christiana Hari Soetjiningsih
