PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE SCRIPT DALAM PEMBELAJARAN SOSIOLOGI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X IIS 5 SMA NEGERI 2 BANJAR SEMESTER GENAP TAHUN PELAJARAN 2017/2018

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa kelas X IIS 5 SMA Negeri 2 Banjar semester genap tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe script pada pelajaran sosiologi, (2) mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas X IIS 5 SMA Negeri 2 Banjar semester genap tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe script pada pelajaran sosiologi, (3) mengetahui peningkatan respon siswa kelas X IIS 5 SMA Negeri 2 Banjar semester genap tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe script pada pelajaran sosiologi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Tahap yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) penentuan subjek penelitian, (2) membuat rencana tindakan, (3) melaksanakan tindakan, (4) observasi, (5) evaluasi dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) presentase rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah 25,74 % dengan kategori tinggi, meningkat menjadi 26,64% pada siklus II dengan kategori tinggi; (2) rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah 70,54% dengan kategori sedang, dan ketuntasan belajar mencapai 67,74%, meningkat menjadi 80,84% dengan kategori tinggi dan ketuntasan belajar mencapai 90,32% pada siklus II; (3) respon siswa pada siklus I terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe script mencapai rata-rata 37,06% dengan kategori positif. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe script dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar sosiologi pada siswa kelas X IIS 5 SMA Negeri 2 Banjar semester genap tahun pelajaran 2017/2018.

This study aimed at (1) finding out the enhancement of students’ motivation at tenth grade of social science five in SMA Negeri 2 Banjar in the even semester of academic year 2017/2018 through the implementation of script type cooperative learning model in sociology learning; (2) finding out the enhancement of students’ learning outcomes at tenth grade of social science five in SMA Negeri 2 Banjar in the even semester of academic year 2017/2018 through the implementation of script type cooperative learning model in sociology learning; (3) determining the enhancement of students’ response of students at tenth grade of social science five in SMA Negeri 2 Banjar in the even semester of academic year 2017/2018 through the implementation of script type cooperative learning model in sociology learning. The design of study was Classroom Action Research. The procedure of study were (1) determining research subject, (2) making an action plan, (3) conducting the action, (4) observation, (5) evaluation and reflection. The results of study showed (1) the average percentage of students' motivation in cycle I was 25.74% belonged to a high category, increasing to 26.64% in the cycle II belonged to a high category; (2) the average of students’ learning outcomes in the cycle I was 70.54% belonged to a medium category, and mastery learning reached 67.74%, increasing to 80.84% belonged to a high category and mastery learning reached 90.32% in the cycle II ; (3) the students’ response in the cycle I toward the implementation of script type cooperative learning model reached an average of 37.06% belonged to positive category. Based on the results of this study, it was known that through the implementation of script type cooperative learning model could increase students’ motivation and learning outcomes of sociology learning at tenth grade of social science five in SMA Negeri 2 Banjar in the even semester of academic year 2017/2018.
